Poor care and rude staff. Took our dog here a few times and all times we had poor experiences. Between staff and care of our dog this is not a place I can recommend. If you care about your pup consider somewhere more compassionate.

Overpriced and not very friendly. On my second visit my dog was very anxious. When I picked her up the blood vessels in her eye had ruptured and I went to my vet to have her checked. My vet suggested she had been chocked in some capacity due to the severity in both eyes. They refunded me when I called to inquire, but denied anything happened. Very concerning.

They cut my dogs tongue here. Tried to pretend it did not happen as blood was all over.

Yolanda is amazing... I have a Portuguese water dog - wavy coat - rare here in So Cal and their groom is very unique!. He use to show so handlers who knew the breed would groom him, but over the past 7 years since we stopped showing (Leonardo now coming up on 14 years old) Yolanda is the ONLY groomer I have found that knows how to groom this breed. Yes a little pricy, but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Yolando for your special kids

No no no... do yourself a favor... stay away... If you’re looking for your dog to stay locked in a crate for 3 hours before they finally work on them, only to pay way too much money for a less than average cut... then this is the place for you. Took 4.5 hours total. The entire experience was bad. There are better ones around

Sherie Is the best and all their employees actually LOVE what they do and Love animals. This is by far the safest place to take your pets and best priced for the service.

They do a great job but the place is a bit overpriced. I pay $60 for my dog here when it's $45 or less anywhere else.. I only come here because it's walking distance.
