In the short time I’ve been coming to SBAV..with my puppy “ River” who is now a year old, I have been treated like an old friend! Everyone is so friendly and caring especially to my boy River...who can be a pain you know where! I’m very satisfied and pleased with all the employees and Veterinarians there at SBV...I’ve been to other veterinary and none compare to yours. Thank You for your Great Service!

I had a little trouble finding the best vet for my pup Emmett before we were referred SB Animal Hospital. Thank goodness we found you. He loves going there (even after he was neutered)!! Professional and humane, they listen to what you have experienced and deduct what’s going on effectively and efficiently. Bottom line when your pup happily walks in and comes out just as happy you’ve found the right match. I know I have. Thank you so much.

Friendly, professional & knowledgeable from start to finish! They got down on my dogs level right away and made him the star to feel comfortable! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Annie is great as well as their staff. They follow safety COVID procedures in checking in your pet and updating their status. Their team is very caring and explains all health issues with your loving pet. I would highly recommend their business

Dr H & his staff at Seal Beach Animal Hospital are simply the best. They know their dogs by name, take their time sitting with the dogs on the floor during In room exams and don’t try to add on services if their not needed. I have had my fair share of vet experiences working in the industry and you can’t compare coming to see Dr. Hooykaas. My Pixel has gotten more comfortable with going and hasn’t had any problems doing curbside visits during the pandemic. It’s definitely worth the drive even though we’re not local. Hands down best Animal hospital I've ever used. I've been going here for years now. The MDs/Vets and staff are knowledgeable, caring and friendly. The pricing on services is very fair. My dog had his teeth cleaned today, the MD always calls personally with an update on my dog's status. I highly recommend Seal Beach Animal Hospital!

From the phone call stating I was there for my appointment to the veterinarian walking out to my car to give specific details of my pet’s ailment, I felt cared about. The young lady that took my pet from me, brought him back with meds, and handled my payment information was lovely. Even with having to sit in my car due to COVID this appointment could not have gone any smoother. The thoroughness of this office is appreciated more than they can know.

This is my third visit to SBAH and the service is consistently great! The receptionist - Brianna - is always cheerful and helpful, every technician is kind and caring, and every Dr. I've met so far has been very professional, always providing detailed information on my pets needs. I have never felt like they were trying to "up-sell" me to pad the bill (like my previous vets office consistently did). I highly recommend Seal Beach Animal Hospital

Everyone involved were so caring and professional. I felt as if we were visiting with friends, and it was our first visit. They were thorough and listened very carefully to her history. Wonderful veterinary experience!

I found this place after searching for a nearby vet for quite some time. I was looking closer to Long Beach but the capacity and service just didn't meet the needs for my dogs health issues. We gave Seal Beach Animal Hospital a try and was very pleasantly surprised right off the bat! Even with Covjd and not having access to be able to go inside, the technicians there did a wonderful job of welcoming people and trying to provide just as great car concierge service. They were friendly, seemed like they actually cared for my pet and little wait time. The doctors there are lovely as well and are also great at communicating. They call you, are clear about any issues of your pet and take the time to answer questions and don't make you feel like you're asking dumb questions or taking up their day. Although the prices are a little out of budget for me, it's worth the trip if you want a reliable place for your pet.

I appreciate the overall care and love all of the people at Seal Beach Animal Hospital gives my two dogs. THey always take the time to listen to you and they do not rush you at all. Their professionalism is apparent and they do really take care of our animals like they were their own!

update 7-24-21 We make the drive 10 miles down to this place for a reason. They do go the extra mile. Mom and So (the baby) love this place. Its sort of like picking your own human Dr. Our dog had to have four teeth removed here they did a good job took him a few days to recover but overall everything went well

These people are the best. I haven’t even been able to go inside (due to Covid) since my dog Tokeh and I moved to town. But they are very communicative and on top of their game. Looking forward to actually having a conversation inside sometime.

The whole team at this office is beyond awesome!! From the front desk, the vet techs, and the Veterinarians I’ve never had one person that hasn’t been so professional and kind. They don’t try to pressure you into getting all these unnecessary tests or medications. They will suggest what they honestly think is best and let you decide what you wanna do and don’t make you feel bad. So I highly recommend this office! You won’t be disappointed!

I've have always had nothing but the best experience at Seal Beach Animal Hospital. I have two dogs to juggle, one is handicapped, and SBAH is always accommodating. The staff is very polite, accommodating and great with my boys. Dr Hooykaas takes the time to communicate any issues and recommendations and I totally trust him! I know Oliver and Charlie thank all of them!

I have seen 4 of the Veterinarians and several of the vet techs at Seal Beach Animal Hospital and each one has been very attentive in caring for both our dog and our cat. I have always felt confident in their diagnosis and treatment from dental cleanings to addressing their medical needs. I highly recommend this practice.

Reasonable prices, no upsale. Great customer service. Reviewed many, many vet facilities before going to this facility myself. They had by far the best reviews. Would highly recommend. I love Dr. Polke and her team and the care they provided my dog! The emphasis is on your animal, not Services they don't need.

I did not end up visiting here because our regular vet was able to see my baby. But talking on the phone with the staff here, the lady I talked to was so kind. I have been calling emergency vets since last night and no one could get him in. And they were all very rude. One even told me, Don’t bother bringing him here unless he was hit by a car. When I called Seal Beach, she was so nice and compassionate and said she would try to get us in. She even called me back to make sure I got someone to see my baby.

Love Dr Bennington! She takes excellent care of our senior dog, Marty. He's almost 17 yrs old.

So thankful for the wonderful staff here! They’re always so helpful and thorough with my dog— no where else I’d want to take him for a check up or something more serious. They’ve taken me on short notice for emergencies and really worked to get to know him so that he feels comfortable. Thank you so much SBAH!
