Nice, clean, friendly customer service ????‍????

Petsmart is a great store with many locations. However, i will say that the workers can vary. I politely waited and asked when the person helping with the birds would be out and they said to wait. I waited some more. I asked another associate and they said to ring the bell. ( By now someone in that department should have seen customers standing by the birds staring at them. ). I looked for the bell and couldn’t find it. I expected it to be on the support beam next to the birds but it wasn’t there. Finally someone came out. When i expressed how i was looking for the bell, she points to it and says “it’s right there”. I then said “oh i couldn’t find it. I looked and looked but i guess it blended in” (insert cute nervous laugh here). The. She comes back with a rude “well it’s right there” like she’s trying to keep something going as if to say “well duh!” Needless to say we got the bird (by the way, a replacement for the Guinea pig - also from petsmart- who died after a month , which was a replacement for the Guinea pig before him who had just died (also from petsmart). My little boy is devastated…so we are trying a bird this time. UPDATE: The bird died after six days - i exchanged it since it was within their 14 day policy (the reason for the third star)

I have been going to PetSmart for years and have not been disappointed. I recently Adopted my little loving kitten. I enjoyed all of the help going through the process. I wish I had as much energy as Little Gumdrop has. I recommend PetSmart.

This is one of the best PetSmart I have ever been to. It's always do clean, the staff is si friendl,, and the Banfield is amazing as well.

Nice and caring staff at banfield pet hospital. But short staffed right now, be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment for drop off and pick up

This Petco is very organize and clean. Kendall, the cashier who helped us was very friendly.

We went there this past Sunday afternoon there was only 1 cashier at the time and she was so friendly! Engaged and acknowledged my 9yr son who kept talking about what fish we were going to buy for our new fish tank! Excellent customer service! :)

They have the best selection of cat food and prices are cheaper here than anywhere else

Found a pIr of Yorkie. This place did not have a scanner to check them. I think they should. Other than that there great.

Staff are very helpful, friendly. Place is well organized. Just wish they have what I need in quantity and selection so I don't have to come back there every 3, 4 days. It wasn't like that few months ago. May be it's because of the provider (the source) and delivery.

We brought in a kitten we found. They took great care of her, and were so kind. Thank you PetSmart.

The store is ok. Just the vet inside is a little bit of a nightmare... I went to ask for information and they were busy, the lady in front desk make me wait like for 15 minutes between she received another phone call and then staff inside asking her things... So I decide no to take my new puppy over there because of that.

It's a PetSmart...a little in the small side.

Don’t buy crickets here for ANY reason... they’re horribly taken care of and gave my gecko parasites... SUPPORT SMALL PETS STORES. How those conditions are allowed as a pet store is beyond me... THE PETS AND WELL BEING SHOULD AWAYS BE PRIORITY.....staff seems friendly enough though...

We go there for nail Care for our puppies and they let us use their scale at the vet in the back. We buy dog treats and leashes and etc from them. They are always very nice and remember our boys

Just finished puppy class at this location and it was great! Amanda is the best dog trainer in town and always could answer any other questions about food / leashes / etc that we had!
