Staff is friendly. Explains thing well even in stressful situations. My puppy got into things under the kitchen sink, like sponges and a brillo pad. They acted quickly, gave updates and I formed us on costs before they did anything. Highly recommend Btw, the puppy is fine!????

My experience with Coast Veterinary has been nothing short of superb. Recently, Dr. Shiapolo took wonderful care of my sick (vomiting) kitty and helped immensely to ease my intense anxiety. All of the staff vet nurses were incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. Front desk staff are also extremely wonderful; including Simon the clinic kitty. Tamara is a highly skilled and sought after groomer for good reason—absolutely worth any wait and hype! Very thankful to have my pets receive comprehensive care at such an excellent facility. Huge kudos to all! Thank you is not enough. Feel very grateful to have access to such high quality services close to home.

Called in for help with my Kitty (Tabatha) during the week, and they had opening for visit on Saturday. Very Very nice and convenient due to work schedule. No other Vet in area have Sat apts. Staff was fast, kind and helpful in ALL was. A++++ from me.

Every experience we have had with Coast Veterinary has been positive. We have finally found a veterinary office that actually cares about our pets. They do only what needs to be done and never tries to up sell services. They follow up 100% of the time to make sure our pets are doing well after a visit. They are prompt to offer an appointment and are always on time. This is truly a five star business.

Dr. Sullenberger is treating our cat after a traumatic dog attack. So far he is responding very well to the laser and acupuncture therapy so is treating him with.

The main reason I made a vet appointment here was because my dog’s vet, Dr. Dembner, was working here that particular day. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I brought my dog here. The place was very busy but the staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Your practice is very fortunate to have Dr. Dembner. She’s a great vet and she’s been our vet for several years now and we follow her wherever she goes. My dog has GI issues and she diagnosed and treated him unlike our previous vet who only treated his symptoms.

We love Tamara for grooming our sweet Max. Best ever!!!

The staff are kind hearted. They are loving to your animal and sympathetic. I’ve never had a problem with any of the care we’ve gotten there. I highly recommend them! We drive from Santa Cruz To Scott’s Valley because we love them!

Coast Veterinary Services are the BEST. Dr. Sullenberger has taken care of our Shar-pei Dogs for years. The Doctors and staff are great. They are Loving and really care for your animals. They really go out of their way to explain problems and do there best to solve them. Now they have 2 offices in Scotts Valley ,Ca. The original 5400 Scotts Valley Drive and the second 266 Mt Hermon Road Suite P. in the old K-mart center Mt. My.Hermon Veterinary Clinic . We have been to both offices and had Great Service. Great veterinary practice - I've been taking my now 14 year old dog there for the last two years. The vets and techs are all very kind and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable as well and they're tried to save me money by switching in generics where possible. Highly recommend!

Just got cricket an senior wellness exam. The team is VERY professional from the front desk to the treatment area. I highly recomend this Vet over any in the area.

I have been told by every person I’ve talked to about the amazing groomers at Coast. I have to say, I’m a believer. My poor Doddle was crazy matted from COVID-19. They fixed her up with no nicks or trauma. Other shops she’s seemed very distressed upon pick up.

I have a dog with many sensitivities that can be very challenging and distressing to manage and I feel so grateful to know I can depend on Coast to help us when all I want is for my sweet pup to be comfortable. Dr Phinn is amazing! She is so passionate about animals and her commitment to excellence in animal care is superior! She always goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for all my animals! Great service, care, and reasonably priced

Had a good experience here. Our dog had a minor problem but they were able to diagnose it and fix him up no problem. They are very COVID careful and keep people out in the parking lot but that's fine. Price seemed reasonable.

I have a rescue dog with a bad temperament that was stung by a bee in the paw. I called Coast to ask for their advice and was help immediately! They discussed every scenario with me but my dog was to hard to deal with by myself. I took him in to see Dr. Phinn and she was amazing with him. She was able to hold him with out sedating him and remove the stinger. He was having an anxiety attack as well and she was able to calm him. I was given instructions to deal with the swelling and my bill was very reasonable. This hospital was great, from the doctor to the vet tech to the girls up front. I will definitely be back and telling other people about this awesome hospital.

Our little Maltese shitzu mix loves getting groomed here! They do a great job. Super friendly.

They took real good care of my sir Prince wolfinator lover buns the 1st! Hopefully the growth they removed from his neck will not be cancerous hoping for a benign biopsy! In total it cost me 600 and $37 to have it removed biopsied and blood test results done anesthesia and sent home with antibiotics so you check that out for yourself if that's honest and reasonable!
