I love their customer service. I'm always price matching my purchases and they're exceptionally patient and kind.

Omar in grooming is amazing!!! He’s the only one I trust with my Bichon frise he makes him look cute ???? 2 other ladies have tried but it’s a no for me:( Omar just does if the best!

Wow !!! That's what everyone at.the Xmas eve dinner said when they tasted their first bite of the raspberry lemon cheese cake . The new family favorite.

I had a bad experience with an employee. I went in there at 6pm, an hour before closing to get a fish for my kid. I waited around about 30mins at the fish tanks trying to get an employee over there to help. When they finally came they were already with a customer that just showed up. They helped with get a new fish and then told us that they were closing in 30mins and that we would have to come back tomorrow to get a fish. It takes 5mins to get 1 fish. The employee was just being lazy and skip over us over another customer.

You take away the $5 off for rebooking in The Grooming Department you no longer have the senior discount, and now the month of December you charging an additional $5 to book during the month of December because it's Christmas time you guys are pathetic. Then you make a 9 appointment for grooming and it takes 45 minutes to get checked in and you have 10 employees in the back room. And one person checking in.

The store was clean and the people were friendly

I've known since the pandemic they've been struggling for available doctors. But my baby in and they did with my late Einstein, they gave my Chukchi all the love he needed.

The crew here is great. Took a friend who is a novice fish guy, they were very patient and helpful while he was choosing his new fish.

Slow everyone slow,they need more help.

Love love love petsmart . The employes are wonderful at both locations i have gone too ( el cajon and santee) i just got a chihuahua rescue and have bought my little " wally" alot of stuff . Inc. really neet 3 in one stroller . God bless the animals .

Clean store, lots of Halloween themed items on sale. One employee was very kind and offered to let my kinds hold/pet the reptiles even though we were not going to buy one. She was awesome and gave my kids a little tutorial on animal handling. It was refreshing to see to an employee who loved her job and sharing her knowledge with customers. I recommend the Santee PetSmart.

Ok, can likely find better prices online if you don't need it right now.

Great store, under staffed like other places due to covid. Got supplies needed, not able to buy fish due to no one around floor

Have never had issues finding anything or with the staff. They're always helpful and friendly. Nice to see the cute pups walking around too. Also some of the cleanest toilets around

Over an abundance of all kinds of pet supplies. Customer service is amazing!

Made our dogs grooming appointment two weeks ago. I drove from alpine to santee and waited in line for 15 minutes to only have them tell me that the groomer had called out sick. The best they could do was reschedule in two weeks. Terrible service.

Fast friendly and they have all pet needs, well organized.

Billy is the absolute best! Seriously he is the definition of what customer service should be. Always extremely kind and helpful. As a bonus, my dog LOVES seeing him. Everytime we come into the store he starts looking for Billy. The rest of the store is great too, but they're lucky to have such awesome employees!
