Paw Zone Santa Rosa, California

This was our first mobile grooming service for our 13 yr old Border Collie. Her nature is to be anxious when facing something new. Norma showed up early and took a good amount of time to meet Holly and talk with us about our girl and what we expected from the grooming. Holly seemed ok and was wagging her tail as she entered the van. It was nice to know that she was right outside should a problem arise. Not only were all our requests met, but also, Holly was happy and did not run in and hide as usual. She looked beautiful! We certainly will use PawZone again in the future.

What a great first experience with mobile grooming. My dog hates getting her haircut so I wanted to make it as painless for her and convenient for me as possible. Daniel showed up on time and was very professional. The company doesn’t allow you to ‘sit in’ on the session but I took a look inside the mobile station and it was spotless. My dog emerged closely cropped (as requested ) nails nearly clipped and in good sprints. I highly recommend this business and Daniel specifically. He put my dog at ease and was able to get great results.

Daniel was polite, pleasant, and most important the dogs liked him. He gave my little girl exactly the cut i requested. she is so happy, which means so much because, due to her experiences, she now gets paranoid at a pet store if she discovers there's a grooming facility there. the other 3 dogs got their nails trimmed, even the big boy that screams when we try to trim them. Daniel kept him calm. Mobile grooming is the greatest thing ever, when you have a talented and reliable groomer like Daniel.

I just had Dan and his team bathe and groom my two German Shepard mixes. My Shepherds are over 100lbs each. Dan was on-time, professional, and great with my two beasts. Timber is half GSD and half Husky, so basically he sheds like crazy! Dan did a wonderful job de-shedding him. They sent me pictures of my dogs during the process and let me know how they were doing. Timber came out of the van gorgeous and happy! My second Shepherd did equally as well! I’m very happy with the service Paw Zone and Dan provided. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them in the future!!! Thank you Paw Zone and Dan for a job well done!!!

Just had four small dogs bathed and groomed at my house. All had their nails, teeth, ears, eyes done. One got a great haircut, two got de-shedded and the last one got de-matted. Two were very nervous and frightened. Dan was incredibly patient and confident with them all. He took time with them to get them calm and they were all good friends by the end of their appointment! I was quite impressed at Dan's professionalism and friendliness. It was nice to talk with him a bit and he really cared for the pups so kindly. That meant a lot to me. I want my little charges to be happy and comfortable and CLEAN! It was wonderfully convenient and time-saving to have them come to the house. I felt good about the prices too!

Given our current shelter in place situation and Louie’s need for a bath we found Paw-Zone on google. This was our first try at mobile grooming for Louie. Paw-Zone definitely impressed us. From the first call to Paw-Zone to schedule the Appt, to their follow up texts confirming the Appt, to theIr timely arrival to the cleanliness of the equipment to the friendly and capable support and service provided by Dan - it was a terrific experience. Louie was well taken care of and came out smelling and looking beautiful. I would highly recommend Paw-Zone!

Dan was amazing with my husky. She's always been afraid of water and baths, but with Dan she was relaxed and didn't give him any problems. She looks amazing and the bandana he put on her after was a nice touch. I will definitely be using his services again.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Daniel. My dog can be anxious, but Daniel works very quickly and cleanly, is flexible with scheduling, and patient with animals. I am so happy to be able to recommend his work, because I know both families and dogs will feel well cared for. Y el habla Español!

Paw Zone was very responsive to my needs as well our dogs’ needs! I contacted a number of Pet Grooming Mobile services in the area but none returned my messages except Daniel at Paw Zone! I had just arrived from New York to visit my grandchildren. I wanted to treat their two senior dogs with a professional grooming. Even though the Pet Zone schedule was full for the next two weeks, Daniel was able to give us an appointment much sooner by juggling things around. I was immediately impressed by his manner on the phone. He was very polite, respectful and accommodating. I later found out that Paw Zone is a family run business and it is obvious how much they all love animals! The two older dogs were happy to go in the Mobile Unit and when they came out, they seemed much younger and frisky! I was very pleased with the time they took to do a thorough job. Thank you, Paw Zone! I am now planning on treating my family with regular grooming appointments every 6 to 8 weeks. I highly recommend Paw Zone! You will not be disappointed!

Norma is a great groomer, very loving and very gentle with our dog. Nina, looked beautiful! We are very happy and highly recommend her.

Excellent groomers, kind, compassionate and they take their time with our pups to make sure it is as stress free as possible. They did all three of our pups and all did really great for their first time. We were very worried about our old guy as he will bite when scared and they were able to groom him without any issue so wonderful. I highly recommend them and they are our groomers from this day forward.

Sara and her sons have been grooming my two dogs for several months. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so good with them, very thorough, punctual, and very kind people.

Amazingly gentle, kind and patient service. Only mobile service that would help me with an older cat with a few large mats. My cat Harley was not the list bit frazzled by the process — he just came inside to take a nap afterward. Fair prices, prompt arrival, clean service van and earnest gentle staff. I have already set up an appointment for my dog to try the service. Price is about the same as my current groomer but my dog will love having his grooming take place so close to home with no waiting in a cage or pen before and after the shampoo and cutting. What started as a bummer with a cat problem ended with a game changing alternative to pet grooming for all of my animals.

I used PawZone for the first time today. It was fabulous how they come right to your door. My dogs were really needing a beauty day. They look great and I will definitely call them again!

Norma and Dan were so flexible with their schedule! Give them a date and they'll dedicate a full hour and a half to two hours for your fur baby. When I messaged Dan, he respond within minutes. Attached to this review is a before and after of my dog. The price they charged was surprisingly cheap. I was a bit skeptical at first for how low the price was especially when they said they'll drive to my location with their van. In comparison to the previous groomer that I brought my dog to, Dan and Norma made my dog look so cleaned up and adorable.

The best groomers I have ever used without a doubt they are great polite on time great with your animals Daniel even sent me a picture of my kitty after he gave her a bath to let me know she was okay we're scheduling our dog next I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have a 8 year old Cocapu / Havinese who is a rescue from the Riverside California fires. He has had a very rough life. He has been groomed twice by paw zone. He is getting better each time. He is always so happy after getting his dreadlocks removed.

This guy came out and destroyed my dog. Very unhappy and I ask for a groom on my husky and he shaved home like a sheep. I would not every use him again. No experience what so every. I don’t know how he is even in business.????????
