I'm so glad I was able to get an apt for my two cats! They were in need of a couple vaccines and a check up, and it was really great for them to be seen by Dr. Tonia Fisher. We will keep using Heritage Vet for sure!!

As a retired Veterinary Professional, I am ridiculously picky about where my pets are treated. The staff at Heritage Veterinary Hospital are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and I know my pets are getting the absolute best care they deserve. Dr. Tonia Fisher is one of the most talented Veterinarians I have ever had the privilege to meet - she is a brilliant doctor who constantly pushes herself to learn more and improve her already stellar skills. 10/10 would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a hospital they can trust to care for their animals as if they were their own.

Heritage Veterinary Hospital has been providing medical care for my pets (dogs) for over 30 years. Taking a personal approach, they carefully explain medical needs, procedures and financial considerations. I have no complaints with their care.

Dr Fisher and staff are outstanding! We've had a string of unfortunate events with our cats and they have been incredibly kind and accommodating. The communication is great. Our cats are very well cared for there. One had oral surgery and the other serious bowel problems and Dr. Fisher fixed it all. They work very hard and lead with love, warmth, and kindness. If you're looking for a new vet, this is your place!

I have never been more disappointed in a vet clinic. I switched to this vet about 3 year ago due to my previous vet retiring and over the last year have become extremely put off by Heritage. Recently I called to schedule an Appt for my 16 year old dog who has been having trouble breathing (episodes that have been occurring daily for the last week). They told me the soonest they could schedule an appointment for me was 6 weeks out. I’ve never heard of a vet hospital deferring a visit out six weeks when an animal is having trouble breathing. When I asked why and if this was going to be a common occurrence, the response was “due to people buying more pets and people being home more to notice if their pets are having issues”. My problem with this excuse is that you should not overcommit and be taking on new clients to the point where you can’t even see your current clients. I would recommend looking elsewhere to take your animals.

Great experience as always. Took my dog Louie in to have his foot checked after he started limping. This happened during the shelter-in order, of course! They were prompt, clear, and helpful, even in this time of crisis. My poor boy hates going to any vet, but I wouldn't trust him with anyone else.

Their services and knowledge are very helpful though out my needed help.

We've been using Heritage Vet for almost 15 years. They have been there for all of our pets, going over and beyond to take care of us financially while researching treatments for our cats' and dogs' sometimes rare conditions. We appreciate that Dr. Fisher and her staff find time for us and treat us and our animals as unique individuals 10 stars!

My experience with Heritage Veterinary Hospital was a great one. The communication between myself, the veterinarian, and the front office was quick, professional, and very informative. The vet took the time to give me a detailed explanation about my pet’s exam and I felt that they truly do care. The office visit fee is one of the lesser fees locally that I have been able to find and it is in a very central location. I am very happy that I chose to trust them with the care of my cats.

As the mother to my precious feline fur kid, Daisy and several other cats, I am beyond grateful for the excellent care given to Daisy. I also appreciate the excellent treatment given to me as their rather nervous mommy. I was given a dire diagnosis from a well meaning but misguided vet at a DIFFERENT vet hospital after months of testing and treatments. The said vet then referred me to a specialist. I called Dr. Fisher to get a second opinion & to reestablish care for all my pets. Dr. Fisher agreed to look at the previous testing and took the time to call me as she knew I was distraught at that point. She is so very busy, but found it in her heart to call me and give me hope that all was lost and that there were other issues that Daisy could possibly have. Dr. Fisher is highly skilled and has many, many years of experience. See her bio. Impressive! She is a genuinely kind hearted human being who is dedicated to the well-being of her patients and their loved ones. After Dr. Fisher examined Daisy and ordered testing, she was able to confirm that the previous diagnosis by the other clinic was incorrect. She came up with a treatment plan and I have hope again and Daisy is doing better. It is also important to note that Daisy has had numerous exams at the other clinic and at neither appt did they note a very apparent Abscess in Daisy's mouth. Dr. Fisher spotted it right away and will be doing the surgery. I highly recommend Heritage Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Fisher. I would like to also thank the excellent staff, each and every one of them are so very kind, patient and hard working. I wish I knew all their names, but I would like to thank them all. I would also like to thank Jessica and Macy at the front desk. They have been so very helpful. You just can't go wrong entrusting you're loved ones to Heritage a veterinary Hospital!

We brought our 12yr old kitty in to see Dr Fisher for an ongoing health concern and also interested in cutting ties with the “Big Box” vet clinics. We showed up an hour late due to me not paying attention to appointment time (how embarrassing) and greeted at car by VERY sweet vet tech. She politely explained that it may take a bit longer as the doctor needed to see another scheduled patient first. Didn’t try to shame me at all! We received a call from Dr Fisher after she examined my kitty and a follow up treatment plan to hopefully bring more relief to her. Dr Fisher was clear and thoughtful and listened to all our concerns all while educating us on alternate approaches for treatment. So important to find a veterinarian that you can trust and finally feel we are on the right path with Heritage Vet!

Dr Lankes always takes a lot of time with each of my birds. She carefully diagnosis and explains what is happening. The staff are very helpful and everyone has a great attitude. GREAT customer service, to both people and animals.

My daughter and I took our sick rat to Heritage Veterinary Hospital. They were very good. They wanted to keep the rat overnight at a price of $600.00. They Vet seemed very concerned about the rat. We did what they advised and the rat is fine now. For the prices they charge, I expected a follow up phone call to check on the rat. A bit greedy. I won't be going back.

I will always bring my pets to Heritage. Dr Fisher takes great care of my dogs and the staff is top notch. My dogs have made friends with them and like coming here. Great place!
