They have gone above and beyond to provide the best care for my dog. The communication has improved which was lacking at first. I appreciate the tenacity and effort they have shown.

Super nice people, seems like they really care about your pet. Both locations are great! Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

I take my dog and my cat with them, they are really great with them, they explain everything to you and treat my pets as well as me! I definitely will always choose this place (Ventura one is my first because I live at Ventura, but same hospital, same service)

Best animal hospital on the planet.

This place lacks of empathy. They would not take a very sick dog and just refered us to a different vets where we were also told 5hat we have to wait days. This is something that Dallas Texas would not do. I would not recommend this vet they should not even be shut down.

The staff seem sincerely caring and gentle with our poodle. She is elderly around 12 yrs old. And has an eye cyst on her lower rt lid. They were fast to react and gave her an antibiotic ointment for her eye, she received her 2 vaccines she was due for. I'm very pleased. Thank you Santa Paula pet hospital. ????

I had to put my dog down & every person I encountered was extremely professional, kind & sympathetic towards us. They were so patient with me, as I was a wreck. They even sent a beautiful gift of a poem, a really nice box for my dog’s ashes & a paw print. It made me feel so much better, but then I received a sympathy card in the mail & every employee signed it! I was also so surprised at how reasonable the price was. I paid more than double for my other dog when she died. I have never received such great care by any veterinarian ever! I highly recommend them.

They say kids and animals are great judges of character. When the vetanary Tech came out to get my puppin he didn't even hesitate, he went right in with her. Thank you again Ohana pet hospital in Santa Paula for taking such good care of my little Smokey. We appreciate each and every one of you.

Just took my sweet kitty to Ohana Pet Hospital in Santa Paula, as I wanted to try a new place. I have been to vets before locally and they try to up-sell all kinds of things trying to make more money. Not here at Ohana's in Santa Paula! There are 3 women vets (yay!), super nice staff (yay) and they did not pressure me to buy anything extra but just checked out my kitty and sent us home with some prednisone to help with his scratching. I saw Dr. Rasmussen and she was awesome! She explained everything very well and the cost of the office visit was very reasonable!

Dude, this place is awesome. I trust my dogs at Ohana, plus their prices are reasonable. Always the best level of care and treatment for my dogs.

I noticed my dog had torn her nail off and contacted her vet right away. I called Ohana and was referred to the Santa Paula location as our vet in Ventura did not have an opening. I was glad they had a second location and surprised to receive the same type of service. We just went for a followup today and my girl needs her bandage on a few more days. When they brought her out to me i was pleasantly surprised to see a cute pink heart on her bandage. For the tech that did that, Thank you. It just shows how much they care for their pet patients as much as the pet parents do.

This place is awesome! It's the same company/owner/whatnot as the one in Ventura but sometimes have the time slot you need. The service is just as great! Super kind and caring staff. The door is a little hard to find. It says "Veterinarian" up high, above the bushes.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my cats receive here. Super responsive, friendly, and informative. I saw Dr. Klittich for my first appointment at this location (we usually go to the one in Ventura) and she was excellent.

It was nice. They were so friendly and helpful and less busy than the ohana in Ventura. I wouldn't mind making this drive every time

Been here a few times, GREAT staff, very friendly, knowledgable, prices are fair and they always help. Wont go anywhere else if I have a choice! I know my doggies are in good hands ❤
