Great service, straightforward pricing, easy to get our dog in to be groomed.

Horrible experience. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my puppy’s hair to be cut and they were completely ignored. Even when I was giving them, the groomer was barely responsive and dismissive. Sure enough, my puppy came back with barely any hair and her eyes shaven out which I had specifically said not to do. When I picked up my puppy, I was literally shell shocked. I called them 20 minutes after I picked her up because I kept looking at her and could not get over how my instructions were blatantly ignored. The lady who I spoke with was extremely rude and kept repeating that if I had a problem then I should have said something when I picked her up. I will never go back to this groomer. Go elsewhere!!

It’s hard to get Fenway in there for his bath. But once he is In. He doesn't want to leave. He comes out like a new and happier dog. So that makes me happy! This place is excellent!

I'm so happy I found this place! My dog can be very shy in new places and around new people, but seemed very comfortable here. Everyone was so sweet and friendly, and the environment was clean, calm and relaxing. I love that they don't keep the dogs in kennels before/after their baths, instead there is a small play yard for them to hang out in. They even let my dog relax behind the front desk with them after his bath. Great service and individualized attention for the pups! I will definitely be back!

I LOVE the team at Lucky’s. Not only is their location uniquely convenient to home/work - their staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Their prices are surprisingly low but their service is top notch. If you’re having trouble booking grooming at the local Petco (they never have any appts available) this is the place to go!

Always on time. There is usually a patch of shorter than the rest hair on my dog after grooming. I don't mind, but others might.

We LOVE this place! We needed a groomer and walked in one day with two of our dogs. I had never been to a groomer before so I was not sure what to expect. We had incredible service from the friendly and nice staff who took care of use every step of the way! Our dogs loved it too! We will be coming back again. Thank you very much!

Love this place for my pups. They do a great job. No crates. Small indoor yard. Call you promptly for pick up. And your pup is in a small indoor yard area. Reasonable pricing. Good staff. ????

I feel like any bad reviews is just a hit or miss bc I’ve been coming here for 3 years and this is THE BEST. I’ve been to 2 others who either hurt my dogs or u can tell they rushed through everything. It also helps that my 3 yorkies gets to play in the front with the others.

The owner Jenny is such a caring lady. I feel that my Yorkie, Pickles, is in great hands with the staff at Lucky's Pet Care. We've always had a great experience. Love using the Flok app loyalty program to get free groomings after every 10! It's also great that the dogs aren't put in kennels, and they get to run around in the daycare before and after their grooming.
