This place is great, if you can get an appointment. Very casual. Erin has been clipping my cats claws for some time now. Very affordable. I will be back.

This place get's a negative response from me. I dropped off my sweet little cat for grooming and received an alarming call back stating that my cat had been injured. The groomer provided me with the details and yet when I rushed back to pick her up and take her to the vet, the owner was there standing with arms folded trying to say my cat arrived injured. Complete nonsense. I had to take her to an emergency vet appt. which to date, they refuse to pay a portion of (I'm only asking for the exam portion). I now have to go through other venues to warn the public about this detestable place

I cannot speak enough praises for this business! My dog Louie is petrified of water and nail trimmers, yet he is always excited to jump out of the car and into the care of Erin. This is a business I would recommend over and over, you’re missing out if you aren’t taking your animal to The Whole Kitten Capoodle.

Very friendly and attentive staff who have the whole covid thing worked out. Excellent dog groomers for all breeds.

I brought my nervous akita here with really overgrown nails, and saw that (at least during covid) they are appointment only. So I was navigating through the phone menu, when one of the groomers (I think she said her name was Lauren) came out and asked what we needed. We made an appointment for standard grooming on Tuesday, but she took care of her nails right on the spot. They took great care of my big-hearted chicken and put her at ease.

These girls are top knotch. I brought in my very elderly nervous cattle dog who just doesn't get out much and they took such great care of her. I didn't worry one bit and neither did she. I trust them implicitly.

As a long time client, were taking our pets elsewhere for now on. They’re not accommodating and their scheduling system is awful.

Love Kitten Capoodle! Lauren does a super job on my little guy. Finny always come home with a great haircut and smells wonderful. He has fun playing with others and I like that he isn't sitting in a cage for hours waiting his turn. Everyone there is very caring. Thank you.

These ladies are super friendly and gentle with my pup. My dog is very anxious around new people and dogs but they were very professional and made my dog feel comfortable. They do great work and keep my pup looking fresh and clean. Also their rates are incredible for the quality of work they do.

Erin is amazing, and they are expanding, offering more groomers who I'm sure will be awesome! My parents have been going there for years! The dogs look so cute, so happy too.

I’m so glad that I’ve found this place. Lauren is simply amazing. My dog Maui always looks amazing after her visits to Kitten Capoodle. And she is always happy too, which is great. Everyone here is really friendly. And you can see that all dogs around their grooming area look happy and comfortable. That alone is the best sign that you are in a great grooming spot. These ladies totally know what they are doing.

Erin is a great groomer. She always cuts my dog's coat to just as I like it. In fact, I followed her here from the last place she worked (Bed and Biscuits/Groomingdales), she's so precise. I like supporting her, and will continue.
