I love that this place is not only affordable, but the doctors and staff know what they're doing! They genuinely care for animals and are really honest. They don't try to sell you on unnecessary services, like blood work, and x-rays, because they know, as most pet owners know, it's a way for other places to make extra money. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, professional and showed a genuine care for my mutt. I've have very good luck with veternarians in Santa Clarita and consider myself very lucky.

I am absolutely mortified by the treatment my dog received at Tags. My sister brought him in for a nail break (because the vet we normally go to does not accept walk-ins), and she told me that the vet didn’t even introduce himself when they went. She said he was very cold and impersonal. She told me that he was looking at my dog’s nail, grabbed a tool, and just ripped it out without any warning. There was no communication before the vet did this. My sister was holding my dog as the vet did this, and my dog was bleeding all over her, yelping in pain, and even peed all over himself. She also got bruises on her arms from my dog squirming around. The fact that a professional would do this to an animal is horrifying to me. It’s even worse because he didn’t even explain what he was going to do before he did it. After he ripped my dog’s nail out, the vet didn’t even care to clean the blood off of his paw—we had to wipe the blood off ourselves. He didn’t wrap his paw afterward, and he didn’t even provide any antibiotics for him. Isn’t it common sense to provide some kind of after-care for an open wound to prevent infection? My sister came home sobbing after this vet visit. This was an absolutely horrifying experience for both my dog and my sister. We will never be coming back here again. I know the owners might not care because they have enough good business to keep them afloat, but to all of you who genuinely care for your pets and want them to have the best vet experience possible, do not take them to Tags. I don’t want this traumatizing experience to happen to anyone else.

Protect your 4 legged friend with affordable yearly shots. Always walk in friendly. Huge fan of Tags for over 30 years.

Vaccination was fast and easy. People were friendly. Weird that you have to wait outside, but at least you can walk-in and don't need an appointment. SC Animal Hospital no longer has their vax clinic and it was going to be a month for an appointment.

Dr. Castro is competently good. Staff is nice. Pricing is good. The wait time is not bad.

This place is a great no muss, no fuss place to take care of your animals. Prices are good, too! We have 3 dogs, large and tiny, and 2 cats. They are now all vaccinated and the cats are fixed. No appt. necessary, just go, stand in front in a designated area, they see what you're there for, take you in for shots, DONE! The neuter is, drop them off early, pick them up around 3pm. Reccomend!

This is the best veterinary clinic. They care about your babies (pets) and understand affordability in being able to keep them vaccinated and safe. You can email the clinic and get an actual response or even a call depending on the urgency. There are no hidden fees and they take care of what you came there for.

My cat Kibbie had a swollen paw. I called TAGS 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. They took us in 10 mins before they closed without making us feeling that we're in a rush at any given times. Dr. Donahue was very professional who examined Kibbie symptom immediately. After two antibiotic injections Kibbie was already feeling better after we got home. It's never easy finding a good or right vet. We liked to thank Dr. Donahue and the staffs for being so wonderful and caring during our visit.

They are so nice & friendly here. So sweet with my big, crazy, excitable husky. Quick vaccinations $55.00 for his yearly plus rabies. Thank you!

We've brought our pets here for their shots and other health issues for years. Efficient, no muss no fuss, cost effective. Not too thrilled that we have to wait in line outside now but of course I understand the precautions in these pandemic times. I know their neighbors aren't too happy about it but I definitely wouldn't want to see yet another business close. Come early. The lines get long fast.

Very poor service. I brought 4 puppies in that I rescued for a wellness check an I got the all clear just to find out they have parvo and losing 3 of the 4 puppies. Heartbreaking!

Great place to bring your pets for shots and exams, more affordable than the vet. They have a lot of experience with animals.

I took my 14 year old dachshund in bc he hurt his front paw last night. Thankfully it was just a sprain. From the time I walked in to the time I was walking out was less then 45 minutes. The front desk staff handling the check in process was very organized and efficient. Dr Nasteo was very careful examining my dogs injured leg. This was my first visit to tags and I will not take benji anywhere else

I can not stress how well they treated my 16 year old cat. The lady held her the whole time the veterinarian was giving her a shot . She was stressed as well as me and they made it all better. The outside get a time to come back is a little silly as people just wait outside with little to no social distancing. But the ladies did come out and tell people to distance . Maybe create a online booking with deposit .
