Monica is very unreliable, I use her twice first time was on time and did a good job. Second time, I text her call her she doesn't answer the text or phone calls in a timely matter, 3rd Time I scheduled the next visit a month in Advance today is the day that she's supposed to come, I sent several texts and phone calls the day before to confirm which is something she should do as a business person, I call today to see if she's coming no answer an hour s later she call to tell me "sorry I forgot to write the appointment down. DO NOT RECOMMEND MONICA'S GROOMING.

Doesn’t take cat clients but was extremely informative & quick to respond!

The attention to detail is exceptional and my dog loves the grooming she gets from Whiskers.

After many years of grooming my dog, Nicole moved (she always did a great job grooming my dog) the owner sent a new groomer and after the second visit, she quit the company then the owner texted to cancel and said than she did not have any other groomer and that's it no more explanation like she wasn't interest in my business.

Always on time, easy to schedule and bright and cheery attitudes! Good people.

They were wonderful! It is so nice to have them come to the house. My furbaby is older and with her health issues, she can't be with a lot of other dogs. After 16 weeks, her vet finally gave her clearance to get a haircut, and she really needed a grooming. Ashlee did a super job cleaning her up and she was very nice to my lil'Buffy! I'm so glad I could get an appointment with them.

Asked them to clean my dogs ear, clean and trim my dog' nail and paw area, and overall trim on his body. What I received was a shampooed dog with a tie and lost $70. I would save yourself the money and go else where that will actually properly groom your pet.

I had my two Labradors groomed by Toni today. She used to groom my little ultra senior blind Maltese and did an amazing job many years ago before she died. I reached out to her last week and she fit me in today. I don’t know how I forgot how great she is. She is calm, personable and even my super suspicious, super sensitive little girl dragged her to her van to get her bath, my big galoot boy loved her so much that he didn’t want to get out of her van and they were both so pleased and happy with their baths. She is thorough, prompt and affordable. I would love to keep her services all to myself, but that would just be wrong and there are so many other stinky dogs out there that need her.

Make sure you ask for the price! Been using them prior and whomever answers the phone doesn't have a set pricing and is very disrespectful. Very poor business practice.

Nicole is the best groomer in town! I wouldn’t use anyone else!
