This place is fantastic. They were able to accommodate my dog for a same-day appointment. The meticulous care and effort that Angel put in grooming my dog really shows he cares about the clients and the end result.

Sasha and I have only been here once, we had to find a new dog groomer since the place we used to go to closed, but judging by the vibe I got from the employees, you could do a lot worse. Sasha came out looking and smelling like a million bucks, well, maybe not a million, but at least a couple hundred grand! All things considered, not bad for our first time here. They were a little pricey for a basic bath, but considering that this was the first place I called who wasn't booked till Valentine's day, we went for it. Angel did an amazing job cleaning up her ears , (a problem area), and the rest of her was beautiful! A solid 4 stars, but I may amend this soon.

This place is amazing, we called in on Friday and they were able to get us in on Tuesday. When we arrived to drop off Ollie we were greeted right away, we then told the groomer what we wanted and Angel Hernandez delivered!!! Ollie looks amazing they gave him the perfect summer cut and left his mane long he looks so cute, when we came back to pick him up he was waiting in the lobby for us! This place is very professional and we will 100% return. Thankyou so much!

I absolutely loved taking my golden retriever here yesterday. They got her done in a timely manner, they were very polite and professional. I’ll be taking my golden here for her regular grooming! They are also very affordable which is hard to find in a great groomer in the Bay Area. Love them!????????

Only place we'll take our dogs from now on! Super affordable, texted us with updates since we were in a time crunch, and got us in same day 2 times! Our dogs aren't the easiest to work with either so bravo!

We have a rescue dog (Pixie) that is shy and they have done a masterful job in making her look like a little princess. Every time we've had her in, they have handled her in a loving manner that have made both my wife and I very comfortable in leaving her in their hands.

I called them on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us. The service was very professional and friendly. Our dog looks great, and seemed comfortable being there. He was groomed exactly as requested. Paws Palace was recommended to us by a friend, and I will recommend as well. Thank you Angel and the Paws Palace team.

During the consultation I think the groomer understood my needs, however, something got lost in translation between then and when I picked up my dog. I didn't want anything fancy, just an overall trim and to cut the fur on her feet. I wasn't expecting a salon cut, but for $70+ I was hoping it wouldn't be all uneven and with obvious scissor marks. Her feet were still overflowing with fur which I ended up fixing myself. I'm really hoping this is just a one-off bad experience and that the other reviews are genuine. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

This place is wonderful. The owner is sweet and friendly ( she is the only one we are usually dealing with) and our dog always looks and smells very good. They all do a great job!

Joel has been grooming our mini schnauzer for years. He is definitely the best groomer we have ever known.

These folks do such an awesome job trimming my pups nails. I've been coming here for years now.
