I have a kitty who can't be trusted not to overindulge, and so gets fed twice a day. For longer trips, that's too much to ask a friend to stop over for, so I turned to EBCS, and I've consistently had a great experience. I appreciate that I can handle everything through the app - including viewing a report and photos of my furbaby with each visit. Steve's very thorough, and has managed to make friends with my notoriously shy kitty over the course of a few visits. Grateful to have such a solid service in our area!

Steve cat sat for me for a week while I was away. He sent me a daily picture of my cat and left a detailed report of each day he visited. He was a pleasure to work with and was very thorough with his care. I definitely recommend Steve's service for anyone looking to make sure their cat has love and care while they're away.

It was a pleasure to work with Stephen! He took care of our cats properly and timely and was very considerate of our needs. I can feel that our cats were stressed less than with our previous cat sitter. Also, it was very nice of Stephen to leave notes describing every visit and cats' mood and very useful for us to read to learn how we can improve our cats' stay when we are away.

I have a cat with chronic kidney disease who needs daily fluid injections, so it's a bit harder to find someone who can take care of him when I go on a trip. I went on an 8-day trip and Stephen took great care of my kitties, fluid injections and all. Our schedules didn't line up, so he wasn't able to come over for a meet-n-greet before my trip (he was getting back just as I was leaving), but we were able to work everything out by email. I'm very happy with the service, and highly recommend him for all your cat-sitting needs.

Steve was great. Very organized and thoughtful, and just generally a nice guy. Very glad to have found him - he will be the first person I call every time I'm going on a trip. Before the trip, Steve had us fill out some paperwork that gave him all the information he needed, including vet spending limits in case of an emergency. He also came out for a visit a couple days before our trip, so he could physically see where we kept the food, litter, etc. and make sure he knew everything he needed to know. The whole process was so easy and seamless from our end, and the daily updates gave us great peace of mind knowing that our cat and home were both still safe.

Steve was available to do daily cat visits on the last two trips that I took, and it was a great experience for both my cats and myself. He was attentive to the specific needs of my cats, prompt with communications while I was traveling, and flexible with scheduling the visits. I can be a little picky when it comes to the food I feed my cats, and the way it’s set up. Steve was great at making sure it’s exactly the way I do it so they can enjoy the consistent feeding process of both food and water. It can be a challenge finding a reliable pet sitter to welcome to your home but I would recommend his services to all my friends and family in a heart beat.

Steve was such a great cat sitter. He was very thorough in learning about Archer (my cat) during our initial meeting. And then during our two week vacation sent me regular updates with pictures of Archer. It gave me such piece of mind while I was gone.

This is my wife and I's first time having someone check in on our fur children. That said, Steve was our choice for this task after looking at numerous options …

I highly recommend Eden's Best. Steve is a total pro. He was responsive, thoughtful, and thorough when meeting and establishing visitation parameters. The paperwork all made sense and gave me full confidence my cats where in good hands and that all contingencies were accounted for. This is not the fly-by-night, willy-nilly approach I've had with other sitters. The sittings were just as professional. While I was out (for 3 full weeks!), service was regular and punctual. After each visit, I got email and pictures letting me know everything was fine with the cats. When I got home, I found a stack of report cards showing more detailed behavior and demeanor of our cats at each visit. As I'm sure you can imagine, it was a wonderful relief having such a conscientious professional looking after my cats.

I love that he only works with Cats so that my cat is never stressed by any unwanted dog smells while I'm traveling. He’s friendly and easy to work with; I highly recommend.
