Very good service all around! I’ve been using this hospital for 30 years now!

My new vet for my two bulldogs who always have emergencies. This office always works us in kindly. And the whole office always greets her like they are so happy to see her, and give her lots of love. Also have healed her very numerous ailments.

Dr. McFarlane is really wonderful, she takes time to listen and explain everything. I never feel rushed, and always feel she really cares.

The Veterinarian didn't seem rushed and was very helpful with all my questions. I felt like they cared, even though my questions were so elementary.

Very thorough and compassionate annual check up for Dolly! Clear communication. All staff very friendly!

After working with various Vets over the years I have been delighted by Whites. All of the vets are caring and patient with my very difficult dog. The assisting team all appear to love dogs. I will never take my dog anywhere else. I do not have phots

The staff at White Hospital are amazing! I board my standard poodle there when I have to go to LA. Checking him in and out of boarding is very efficient. Also, they always answer the phone! Highly recommend White’s Hospital.

Having a new puppy, it was good to be back at Whites, our family’s veterans. As always, everyone was kind, helpful and friendly. I’m pleased that they are expanding their view to include more holistic care. The newer Drs are an asset to Drs Casaus and McFarlin. The customer service staff take the time to make sure all our needs are cared for. The technicians are sweet as they can be. A huge thanks!

White's Pet Hospital is the Best! The vets are top notch as is the staff! Dr. Sarkisian was wonderful, patient, thorough, in our appointment last week helping my dog in addition to his kindness in opening the possibility for helping me help a rescue dog who is close to my heart if needed. I was very impressed by this. He is smart, kind, sensitive, and compassionate. Dr. Mc Farlin helped my Beloved cat Minute stay in good health for 21 years with her expert knowledge, advice, recommendations for which i am eternally grateful. She is very compassionate as well, as is Dr. Casaus, and always went above and beyond for us. The staff was amazing during Minute's weekly to bi-weekly fluid treatment so we always felt like family when going to White's. The office staff was professional, respectful, compassionate, friendly, helpful, etc. The treatment staff was beyond amazing. They even created a lovely little birthday party for Minute's 21st birthday. Their Love for her shined through and made the visits good for her, with her favorite "brushies". They exuded Love for her which was a bright light for us. I always recommend White's to people seeking a great vet hospital and most of my friends go there as well. Best treatment for one's pets. White’s Pet Hospital has cared for our dogs for 20-plus years. Our experience has always been and continues to be positive with each visit. Each veterinarian who has cared for one of dogs has been knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, professional and kind — in other words, it’s obvious they take our pets’ care and well-being seriously. Yes, it’s a busy practice, probably for all these reasons, but the practice staff (front office and vet techs) manages to handle scheduling and Rx refills quite well. The whole experience was excellent except I couldn’t check in when I arrived. My call went to voicemail.

When we adopted a dog in January we did not know where to take him. We reached out to our previous vet who is far from Santa Barbara and they recommended White's Pet Hospital. We have had a few appointments with Dr. Mar and the team and we have been extremely impressed. Dr. Mar is extremely thorough, personable, and caring. The entire team makes us feel welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone with a pet.

White's was recommended via a friend and the veterinary services were great, but after booking boarding for my two 75lb. dogs, I arrive to drop off my doggies and I'm told they don't have my reservation, even though I discussed it with the Vet during the dogs' visit 11 days earlier. You can imagine my dismay since I haven't traveled for two years due to COVID-19. After letting them know that not taking my dogs will not work for me, they come back saying they can take ONE dog. Seriously?!! They finally find space for both dogs. O_o When I come to pick up my doggies they inform me that somehow they forgot to refrigerate six bags of their food during their stay. Really?!! Not a very good first boarding experience at White's, to say the least.
