Dr Gina loves cats. She and her team provide great care, my cats relax here. I wouldnt go anywhere else with my felines.

I'm not sure who they have working the phones, but I've had two very unpleasant experiences with whomever that person is. I'm not sure why when someone is expressing their pet concerns you would be snide or dismissive, but it's a poor way to retain business. Great vet, but I won't be returning here.

My cats and I love the Cat Doctors. Compassionate, experienced and caring. Dr. Gina and her team make sure my cats are very well taken care of every visit. Dr Gina even took time out of her busy schedule to write me a beautiful condolence note when one of my cats passed away. What a caring gesture. Dr Gina and her team truly care for every feline and their pet parents and I appreciate them so much.

I've been bringing our 2 babies here for 6 years and the 3rd one the last 2 years. We appreciate their attentive care and great customer service. I can call on them for the smallest matter to the most important urgent ones. Their prices are very reasonable too compare to most places.

Mo was such a pleasure to meet and so kind. Pizza prty for staff and so i gave her some Strawberries to enjoy as an appetizer.

My cat came back from this first vet visit happy and calm! It was as if she had just met new friends. She has the only vote that counts, and her vote is clear. Dr. Gina took the time to talk with me thoroughly about all our health concerns, and she invited me to contact her by phone and email as questions come up. Knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and skilled with cats. This is the place for us.

My mom took her cat here, and they prescribed something off-label without telling her, and without checking her cat's bloodwork beforehand. Well, it turned out to be something that can cause kidney damage if given over long periods of time. It shouldn't be given for more than 3 days, yet the prescription label instructed her to give it for 2 weeks. Now, the 6 year old cat is in kidney failure. Let that tell you what kind of place this is.

Dr Gina and her staff are outstanding! They improved my cat's life enormously in her later years. They look for all options of treatment and know the nuances of delicate decisions we need to make to care for our beloved pets. They not only provide healing to the animals, they also know how to nurture the human connected with the pet. My cad died of old age and disease, and Cat Doctors sent me a very kind, personally hand-written note and said they'd had a tree planted in Klamath National Forest in my cat's honor. I think that is SO Sweet!

Very disappointing. I took my cat in for an annual exam, in which he was also being seen for a urinary issue. I left the clinic with many unapproved charges and some very judgmental comments from the Vet, Dr. Gina. On our cats’ records, she wrote in the additional comments that me and my partner "seem to have money concerns, therefore are using Costco". This is super rude and very judgmental to make assumptions about our finances because we buy our cat food at Costco. She also billed us for pain medication that we did not approve and hospitalized our cat when it was not necessary. We have been waiting over a week for a reply with no resolution from Dr. Gina. If you’re considering bringing your kitties here, don’t.

Exceptional care. Dr. Gina and her staff always go above and beyond. Our experience with a different vet was chaotic and frustrating. Cat Doctors is actually a calming place to be - even my cat doesn't mind going. Highly recommend.
