We’re pregnant!! This place is amazing! I went in for an X-ray 11days ago and was heart broken by being told that my dog was not pregnant. The doctors decided to have me come back for a second X-ray at no cost and this is what we saw! Highly recommend this place!

Friendly staff and very affordable no hidden fees or try and charge you a “check up fee” like many other places. They went straight to what I needed only paid $160 and they are allowing me to come back for a free check up! Highly recommend definitely will be coming back!

I've been coming here for the last 4 years, and they are always very helpful, professional, and nice!

So grateful for this place. Other places charge ridiculous prices or have "low" prices, but make you wait 2-4hrs. Haven't been since before covid started, but I don't recall ever waiting more than 20mins here. Staff is great and helpful, the vet is kind and genuinely cares about animals.

My dog bella has been coming here for almost 6yrs and theyre soo great at following up and keeping you updated with ur pets vaccines and appts! Strongly recommend!! Love this Dr!!

Dr. Kim, and Staff are very good, and helpful...Dr. Kim loves help pets, they help with a lot with my own cats,and help others cats too....I think they love what they do it...

I love the service and vet! I've tried several other pet clinics but this has been my favorite so far. The staff even remembers my cat and I weeks after our visit!

The Bristol Memory clinic is honest and caring. No up-. sell of services. Just good knowledgeable vets. I would definitely take a pet there. The other clinic's will sell you services( like $1700 dental work) even when there is no hope of recovery (end of life ) for your beloved 14 yr. cat.

Love this place. The Dr is great and the staff is very friendly. I've taken alk my pets here and never had an issue.

Literally were so generous and caring from the start. It was my puppies first vet appointment and they made sure to make him feel comfortable, he didn't even cry. Once you step inside you see "lost dog" posters and also information about our pals. They respect families who are losing their companions by lighting up a candle in the waiting room. They're quick and make sure it's over in 20mins.

Great Vet and great staff :D I've never had a problem with anything at this vet and they are very swift with what they do. My dog was not happy to go to the vet because she gets scared but they made sure we were in and out within 15 minutes :D ( to the girl who helped me calm down my dog in the room I appreciate you <3 )10/10

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! if I had the option to put zero starts I would. I usually bring my dog here so I made an appointment to get my dog rabies shot . I called twice before my appointment and when I got there I was then notified that in order for the new veterinarian to see my dog the new veterinarian needs to do an examination which cost $34 !!!!!!!!. I was then told that the veterinarian that I usually go to is not in and in order for my dog to get the rabies shot I had to pay for the examination. So I leave and call a different clinic to make an appointment and they let me know that I have an option of signing a waiver stating I refuse the examination , so I called the original clinic and she let me know that I potentially could have had the option of signing the waiver. This clinic is totally unorganized and just out for MONEY they do not care about the animals well-being!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes ..I Recommend Dr Kim..He is Great Ive taken all My Doggies there???????????????????? He is Reasonable.In Price He has Gentle touch and Gift with Our Pets ..My Sister took Her dog and Bro.

I have brought my puppies here for 4 years and I have had scares with them from experiencing bleeding, masses, etc. Everytime I went they have been nothing but helpful! They continuously call me to make sure my puppies are fine, and that is definitely customer service I like

Last year I had to say good bye to my golden retriever. They were all so nice and understanding. I am glad that I chose this place for my Sam. Everyone was so understanding.

My puppy had a vaccine reaction and our usual vet had just closed. They were very helpful starting from the phone call we made, took us in last minute and were very kind. The doctor and staff took the time to explain the treatment plan and answer our questions. They are also a very affordable clinic, which helped since we had just had a vet visit earlier that day. Overall, great experience and considering switching vets very strongly! Thank you to Dr. Kim and his staff!
