Dog care center is outstanding !

Love this place...they are so sweet with my cats.

Cold attitude of the staff and always a loooooooooonnnnng wait!!!

My dog loves coming here for daycare. The staff play fetch with him and he gets to schmooze with other dogs. He always gets excited when we pull into the driveway, and as soon as he gets past the front door, he takes off like a bolt, running in to see his friends. I highly recommend this place to take care of your furry friends!

These guys are great vets and I like them, but they sent my bill straight to collections, which is simply not okay. It's a shame because I - and my dogs - had built a rapport with these folks over several years. We dropped our two dogs off to be boarded and they (apparently) needed some tests done, so they did them. We were on vacation, came to pick up our dogs and didn't get a bill for this when we picked them up. The admin says they sent a bill by email but I never saw one. According to the notes on my account, they did not send another bill or pick up the phone or send an email to contact me or my wife prior to sending the bill to a collection agency. Months later, I'm applying for a loan and there's a collection agency sitting on the bill, burning a hole in my credit rating. They had my address, phone number, knew me and my dogs by name, had my credit card on record, but they sent a good customer's bill to collections... it's unfortunate and bad business. When I spoke to them about it there was no attempt to explain anything or offer any insight into how or why this had happened, and no remorse that they had caused a problem for our family. I just paid the bill through the collection agency; it'll be 3 months before the "stain" leaves my credit. Great vets, bad business.

Best vet hospital hands down! We trust Dr. Davis with our dog Indigo life. Super clean, amazing staff and they take there time. Love them!

I am thankful for this practice and the knowledgeable , kind staff. I am especially grateful to Dr. Lie who was the only vet to suggest my cat might have high blood pressure. (Really?!) But she did and is now holding her own at 17 and 1/2 years.

They had good deal on flea medicine but felt they tried to sell you more than you need. Who wants to pay for dental cleaning on a cat? And they could just spay your cat for 200$ but they want to add blood tests and pain meds. A total waste of money....

Our 6 year old Shih Poo puppies have lived in 8 homes with us and experienced may Vets all over the Bay Area. We have now settled in San Rafael and couldn't be happier with Terra Linda Veterinary Hospital. The staff are all very friendly and professional, our puppies love going there. Our family has now expanded to 4 puppies and all are on their Wellness Plan.

Dr. Davis and Lauren, Maia, and Alan (????) have treated my dog, Harry, with such thoroughness and care that I never worry about taking him there. I have also heard good things about Dr. Rose and other staff members who I have not yet met. I have taken my past (????) dogs there before I adopted Harry. I have also boarded Harry at their newly remodeled boarding facilities, Tails of Terra Linda and also really am happy with his care there and the staff. He has been there for a few days/nights and even just over night. When I picked him up both times, they let me know how he was and how he handled being away from me/home. They also provide day care, and I've seen dogs brought in for those services who seem happy and excited to be there. I definitely recommend both the veterinary care and boarding facilities they offer.

earlier this year we had to deal with our dog Elvis's ruptured disc, after a successful surgery, rehab was in order to get him back in fighting form, the laser light and physical therapies provided by Dr Rose and the Terra Linda staff have improved Elvis quality of life tremendously.

Over 10 years ago, we moved up to Marin from San Diego. Before we left, we searched for a vet to board our pets (5 cats and a dog) while we moved into our rental home. Terra Linda Vet had a website and a phone number -- and a staff member (Maia!) who was willing to come back and open up for us if we got here late. Dr. Davis and her staff gave us such good care then, we decided we didn't need to look for a different "forever vet." And we haven't been disappointed, ever. Through health and illness, and even the deaths of 5 of our animals, we have received the most competent, caring attention and medical service that we could imagine. Our profound thanks to Dr Davis, Maia, Lauren, Allen, and all the rest of the wonderful people at Terra Linda Vet. We know our beloved pets are in good hands with you.

I've worked with Dr. Michelle Rose since I loved to the bay area and can't say enough about her - her advice is straightforward, honest, and trustworthy. The support staff know my dog's name when we arrive, appointments are kept, reminders and all the electronic wizardry surround the experience (billing, reminders, appointment reminders for future treatments) is perfect. All-in-all, i am very pleased with the service, pricing and over-alll experience at TLVH.

We recently took our cat in for a quasi-emergency visit after a several year absence. We got in right away & Dr. Davis and the staff were quite welcoming & helpful. Our cat's problem was identified pretty quickly & confirmed with a blood test. All very professional, but delivered with real warmth. Very highly recommended.
