Park-A-Pup Kennels San Rafael, California

I wish they had an option for a 0 * if you want to know the truth about this place go park by the grocery outlet behind the place and look over the fence. Countless times I have seen dogs in the direct sun with no water in their cages and barking 100% of the time all day long. And with their extremely cheap prices and amazing deals what kind of care can you really expect to get I wouldn't bring my pooch there after what I have seen

My pup LOVES to come here. And I love that she has a fun day playing with other dogs and is really well taken care of. And she sleeps like a log after I pick her up! I love all the ladies at the SR park a pup. Amelia, Tatiana, Nicky, Vicca, Sam etc. I definitely feel like my pup is their favorite, but I’m sure all other dog owners feel the same way. The staff here is excellent. Super caring and professional. They obviously love what they do. The place is always clean and organized. Their attention to sanitation during a Marin kennel cough outbreak was excellent (they had very few cases), and they were extremely proactive in preventing a breakout at the Park a Pup. I highly recommend this place, if you need a place to park your pup. PS they also provide excellent grooming services!! So convenient!!

Indoors and no bars on kennels. Great care

This is Jackie Louis, highly recommending Park A Pup! We just picked up our dog after a 10 day stay and she was so well cared for and a very happy doggie! This place is immaculate and very well laid out for both small and large dogs to have playtime with other dogs. They are given a large sleeping area as well. Their Novato facility is terrific!

Clean kennels, my pup has been very happy so far. I love that they have online tools to make it easier to pay/reserve, and especially report card with puppy pics.

Our two mastiff mutt rescues love Park a Pup - and we do too! Everything is great - been sending our dogs here for day camp and sleepaway camp for a few years. Only great things to say about the staff and how happy (& tired) our dogs are on every visit! Six stars out of five.

Our dog loves Park a pup. She is always so happy when we pull up in their drive. Often when I come get her in the afternoon, she is frolicking out in the yard with a bunch of other dogs. She comes home exhausted and having had plenty of play and interaction. The staff at park a pup are great with the dogs.

My three dogs are fans of Park a Pup. e The staff are all great. Very loving and take a personal interest in my dogs. I have two very difficult chihuahuas and they love going for a stay. Best place. I drive from SF to San Rafael. Not convenient for me but worth it.

Dogs are not entertained or exercised but locked in cages and just bark all day!!!! Should be called "dump a dog!"
