Dr. Allegra Liu is such a kind and compassionate professional. I'm so glad she was able to come to our house to help us put our 20+ year old cat, Sampson, to a peaceful rest where he was most comfortable. She responded to our need so fast and was so easy to communicate with right in the middle of the holidays. Without her, he would have had to go through days more difficulty. She went above and beyond. I can't recommend enough.

This review is for Dr. Allegra Liu, who helped my beloved cat Becky make her transition to the stars when her time came. Dr. Allegra eased Becky's suffering with the most gentle hands and also provided comfort to our grieving family. Dr. Allegra created this paw print impression and stamped Becky's name into it, and also shared cuttings of her fur. Dr. Allegra contacted us via email a couple days after we lost Becky to see how we were doing and also sent a hand-written card to us, and then personally delivered Becky's privately cremated remains. Finding Dr. Allegra was a blessing and I'm so glad we did this painful process at home, where it was peaceful and we had time to properly say the most difficult goodbye to our beloved cat. Dr. Allegra's kindheartedness and thoughtful gestures brought a great deal of comfort to us during a painfully difficult time and I would recommend her to anyone who is facing a similar situation.

Dr. Liu was very compassionate & provided caring service for us during a difficult time. Her website was very informative and easy to navigate and she was quick to respond after our first inquiry. Once at our home, she explained everything she was doing & she made sure that our cat received the best care & that we knew what to expect.

We were referred by a friend of this service and it was more than we could've ever expected! Dr. Liu is so calm and caring and reached out to us a couple times after our loving pet cat had to be put to sleep. This lady has a big heart and made our tough decision way more calm and easy.

Dr. Liu helped us put our ailing senior cat to sleep recently. The experience was really peaceful for both our cat and for us. Dr. Liu is the experienced loving angel who arrives quietly, with a noticeable serenity and witnesses the depths of love we experienced with our companion while she experiences the equal depths of our grief. Our family's choice was excruciatingly painful. Everyone seemed to know him, our beautiful, sweet boy...the neighbors, the extended family, who came to give their last kisses. Last, it was just us together, like it had been, for years, cuddled up together. He was, as I am sure your is, woven into who each one of us. We exploded with tears once again and at no point did Dr. Liu rush or encourage us to make the choice or not. She left this choice, this moment to us and to make this transition for our beautiful boy as painless and peaceful as possible. If your family must make this choice, put your heart in her hands, she will take good care of all of you. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Liu! After a long battle with cancer, our baby girl cat, Tommy, took a turn early on a Sunday morning, and we desperately sought to provide her the relief she needed. During Covid, we wanted to make sure we were with her and did not want to subject her to another dreaded car ride to the vet. Dr. Liu was the only vet who responded to us (out of about 8) in our time of need, and made the drive to our home, and provided amazingly compassionate care for our baby, as well as for my wife and me. In one of our most difficult times, Dr. Liu was truly our savior gave us everything we could have asked for in our final moments together. She even checked on my wife and I a few days later. Dr. Liu is an amazing vet for end of life services. She is so kind and gentle both to the pet and the owner. She works with you have the best experience possible. We were able to be all together as a family in our own backyard as we held our dog through the steps to pet heaven. While we all know the end is inevitable, Dr Liu makes it so much easier.

Dr. Liu was one of the few veterinarians willing to accommodate our requested nighttime appointment time for sending our beloved dog off to Rainbow Bridge. Our children wanted to be with her for the final farewell and came in from out of state.
