Yovaneth was amazing with my dog! He looked amazing afterwards and Yovaneth was very gentle and kind to my dog. I will definitely require his services again.

They advertise 60 dollars for a basic was and dry groom...but I was charged 100...no extras..not ears, nails, descending. I have a border collie, she is a medium size dog...not large breed. I was definitely not expecting to pay 100 for thT basic service. In addition ..I found a rash on her belly afterwards. But, groomer didn't mention it...so I assume she's having an allergic reaction to whatever shampoo he used. I better not have to pay a vet bill over this. I'm horribly upset. I will never use them again.

Kenia is a kind, professional groomer, who was very concerned about how I wanted my pup to be treated, and how he should look after he was groomed. My dog is shy, and anxious- but he came inside after his grooming with his tail wagging happily! Thank you, Kenia!♥️????❤️ I will absolutely use her services again - and I will tell all my friends to use her services, too.

I received a promotion for grooming services . I booked a week in advance She confirmed the appointment to he night before. The day of our appointment, at the time the groomer should have been heading this way, she texts me and says they don't service my area. I haven't moved and you reached out to me on my 707 telephone. How tacky. My time is valuable and I have no patience for immature adult foolishness....at all. Don't patronize these unprofessional people.

My friends dog was matted and needed a lot of love. You could not tell how bad the dog was before. Thank you so much! I'm glad I talked my friend into grooming his dog at this place because now I can pet her without my hands getting stinky. This place is worth the add ons!

Run Run Run !!!!! Do not go there. Groomer cut all of my dogs hair off. She normally looks like a teddy bear they cut all her hair off completely. All the way to the skin. The groomer didn’t listen to me and charged me $85

Prices are not accurately listed online. A 60 Dollar grooming turned into a 180 quote last minute. The groomer showed up 2 hours early so we had to rush home. He was courteous and did a great job with the dog though.

Had an appointment at 12pm today but the person cancelled due to van problems and didn't reschedule me. Sad really. Was so hopeful for this service.

I never use mobile grooming but I did this time with 60 bucks mobile I loved it my Mr. Biggs looks beautiful I will always recommend them and always hopefully get to use them on my other Yorky also thank you for your time and my beautiful puppies haircut

The groomer caused my pug to have heat stroke. He had to be rushed to the vet and put on oxygen. I warned him before he started not to use a hot blow dryer on him, but apparently he didn’t listen. Will NEVER use this company again!

Paulo was amazing with both my dogs. He was so nice to my dogs, and they both really loved him. Both got haircuts/bath/nail trim and looked great. He texted when he was on his way and had great communication. It is so convenient working from home while my doggies get groomed. We will be repeat customers! Thank you Paulo!

I’m giving them 2stars because the first time I used them they were all right but the gentleman was late the second time he didn’t show up but text hour later saying his truck broke down that’s understandable so we rescheduled he never showed up text me 3 days later if I still need a severe so unprofessional never will I use them again

Meticulous cut for my Havonese.

I scheduled the service online and when the time came no one showed up! Tried to contact them bit no one answered the call. Terrible. Not reliable. Won’t go back to them. New customer be aware!

If I could give these guys a 0 star, I WOULD! I booked my appointment online for Tuesday @7pm. They arrive 10:43 am. Well, that didn't work out since I wasn't home at that time. Then they reschedule me for Thursday @ 7pm. Again, they pushed it back 4 more times and the final time, the groomer "Anderson" said sorry, but your home route is too complicated for me and my company will send a new person to you tomorrow. That is just poor customer service!!! I'm so done with these guys because they waisted 3 days of my time and never showed up! The first time I used them they were perfect. I was so happy with the groomer and their service, but this time was HORRIBLE!

Everything went smoothly. Happy with our dogs cut. I did trim up his toes a bit more as there were a few long hairs left, no big deal.

Made 2 appointments this week and they were both canceled day of appointments. No one responds to the online chat.

Great service on time they actually came very early.

My dog was returned still damp (the groomer did not blow dry and comb out). Once my dog's coat dried ---after about 4 hours-- and I combed him out, I found many areas where coat was not cut evenly, so had to take my own scissors to try to even out his cut.
