New owner is great with the pups

I was a bit concerned when the original owner of Petite Pet Parlor decided to retire. After all, he was awesome!! But after a bit of confusion about listed hours open, arriving well within those hours and finding the parlor locked up with no one in sight, I have been pleasantly surprised at the customer service and real attention to detail by the new owner Shay! She's great with the animals, makes mine comfortable with her gentle hand and kind demeanor. I didn't think that the Petite Pet Parlor had much time left, but after getting to know Shay I think we'll happily see an open sign in the window for sometime to come!

Love this place with its new manager who operates everything by herself. My puppy likes her a lot and she is very caring, kind, and detail-oriented. I highly recommend it to others to try once and feel the difference. Good prices and nice sevices ????

I took my sisters dog to this shop She did an amazing job with Dakota and she was so nice! His hair was knotted and tangled she worked a miracle on him he looked like a whole new pup when we got him back! Thank you we will be bringing our 2 dogs for their grooming to her!

Banafsheh undid the damage of 2 other groomers in one afternoon! My cocker spaniel feels a million times better with his summer cut. He smells amazing too!! The shop is so retro and wonderful - I love it!! The owner/operator is really friendly, I think she underestimates just how talented she is. You can tell she is something extra special! Your pet deserves the best, so what are you waiting for?

My Baby Girl is a very selective chi- mix who rescued us 5 years ago. Chihuahuas are famous for their shaking and she had always done her shaking/run the other way behavior until we got to Petite Pet Parlor. The owner is very gentle and loving and my Girl had no problem being put into her arms. 2 hours later, her beautiful groomed, happy self was put back into my arms. I am so happy to find this gentle, loving, very professional and complete grooming service

Our dogs have gone to David's for about 10 years. They are *always* happy to run into the place ... their tails are wagging when I round the corner to pull into the business. This speaks volumes about how they are treated once I leave. I would never hesitate to leave them in David's care for the day.

My dog enjoys her visits and always comes out happy and fresh.
