Took my long hair cat Lucy for her first time today. Christine did an amazing job! she looks gorgeous and she definitely knows it and flaunting it! Perfect job!

Always have had a good experience here. All my dogs love the place. A bit on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for. All my cuts have been perfect. I have 2 yorkies and 2 labradoodles.

I have a 7 year old shih tzu, I been taking her here for a few months. Last time I took my pup to get groom Dan was the groomer and my dog has not stop Crying when I try picking her up, Dan definitely injured my pup some how by being way to rough with her. I also spoke to Dan on the phone and his response was “it wasn’t me” Horrible response I will never bring my pup to this groomer ever And if you do visit that shop get anyone but Dan Worse groomer ever.

Always the best care for my little longcoat Chihuahua Gidget. She always comes out looking beautiful. I'm on dialysis and never know very far ahead if or when, I can get her there, but even with my hectic schedule they have always been so accomodating when I call to get me in. The location is great too, right in my neighborhood!

Mary is an ARTIST with Romeo's Lion ????cut!!! Run to this place!! Very Friendly staff very clean and they also groom ???? cats! My Fergie loves it there!

Mary gave my husky a bath today and she did an amazing job with her ... she is so soft and and fluffy. Her coat shines so much I totally recommend this place to everyone and anyone ????????

Had our first groom with them today. Our Golden Retriever has never come out of a grooming so clean, happy, and with no shedding! They did an awesome job and staff was very kind and friendly. :)

Our super fluffy Kitty Bunbun goes here regularly. They do an amazing job with her every time and in a timely manner.

Incredibly rude store owner. Store owner got mad that I parked to close to his store in a public shared business parking lot. I politely told him that next time I'd park farther away and that it shouldn't matter because the lot is empty. He got very angry and threatened to have me towed all while screaming profanity at me in front of my wife and 8 year old kid. I hope they go out of business soon. I don't want people like this operating in my neighborhood.

2 stars because she always came back beautiful but had a rough experience after her last visit that was unsettling. Thank you for the prior services before this but I won’t be returning due to the last visit

My shih tzu always looks so cute and smells so good when he is done being groomed. I don’t even know how they get his fur so soft. He seems very happy there. Nice family-run business!

Awesome groomer! My dog tends to be very nervous and has been here four times since we've had him he's about a year old now and they have really gone out of their way to make him comfortable and make sure that he does not stress out when he comes in. Their prices are amazingly affordable and they're located in a nice little small strip mall area. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: I updated my review from 1 stars to 3 because I was really happy with the followup from James. He reached out by phone and was very kind and sympathetic. He offered both to fix the grooming issues as well as a free groom on a following visit. While we weren't happy with the grooming initially, their customer service in response to a negative review was handled in the best way possible. ______ I never leave reviews (especially negative) but for the price ($55 after 10% off) and the time it took (4 hours for a dog under 10lbs), I couldn’t avoid it. The worst of it all was that despite there being long hairs left between the pads of his paws, his back left paw was cut, causing him to bleed and limp through the next day. The final result on our dogs body is fine, but the details are bad. For example, we asked for a short cut on his ears and snout (and showed pictures), but the ears are extremely choppy and his snout was left long. The tail was left untouched, and there are a number of random long patches left, including right under his tail in a very obvious spot. This was our first time here, and considering the price and how nice the staff was, I had relatively high expectations. I was pretty disappointed, and was sad to see my dog in pain after grooming.

It’s a 50/50 with them. Sometimes they do a good job, and other times it’s half a job done. The last time I took my dog in, the communication was on point, they let me know how my dog did. Yesterday I took her in & communication was very minimal if any at all. The blonde guy with medium length hair groomed my dog.

Staff was lovely and made sure Shiloh was comfortable with the whole experience. He looks perfect!

We have three dogs and two of them we frequently take to get groomed. We have been going here since they opened and we could not be happier with every experience! We love that the grooming is done out in the open so you can actually see what’s going on. One of our dogs can be nippy when you handle his feet. But they say he always does great with them! Everyone there is always friendly and they take such good care of our babies. They’re also very accommodating for last minute appointments. I highly recommend this place!
