We went in to adopt a pet for my mother-in-law. Everyone was super sweet and the animals were well taken care of. The place was clean and welcoming.

If you're looking for a new family member this is the place to go! Wide variety of pets dogs and cats of course and other furry friends. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A crazy amount of foot traffic there on the weekends so be prepared for that. Helpful staff and lots of pups and kitties to choose from.

Took my granddaughter ???? to have her neutered and cause of covid we stayed in the car the staff came out she was so wonderful and with a happy face and said don't worry she will be fine and that's when I realized I didn't have to worry that my granddaughter puppy was in good hands

Clean, well organized animal shelter.

Went in to ask about my cat Tiger whom was found at 5 weeks old by my friend on her property. Have had Tiger since March and was curious about spade and microchip options at Woods. Due too phone problems and no internet at my place they let me use a computer they had for public use. They were very kind, helpful and I signed up my Tiger for the two things in one easy, simple application. The deposit was $25 down and overall around $70 for both procedures. Way more reasonable than the local vet clinics!

I intended on adopting a puppy, but ended up not being able to, at this point. The staff were all very friendly and I look forward to adopting one from them, at some point.

We just had are girl Lola fixed and they did a wonderful job with her. They are very sweet and caring. We felt that she was in good hands.

Earlier in the pandemic I could never get there in time to adopt a small, couch potato fur baby (pup). I guess they're less in demand now because I didn't have any competition. They now do walk-in only with prior online application. I liked being given the option to wait outside as there were a lot of people in the lobby. I had my meet and greet in an enclosed outdoors area and the employee gave me some treats (nice, since I forgot to grab some at home). They didn't rush me. I decided to adopt a 3 year old Maltese I named Namaste. They gave thorough guidance and are available post-adoption for help. That's why I love Woods and am a donor. They truly care about animals. Wish me luck that my kitty CousCous gets along with him!!

I was very timid to rescue an animal but my wife and kids really REALLY wanted a dog. Woods makes everything comfortable! The rescue fee is extremely reasonable. Neutered, shots, bag of food, 30 days of pet insurance... and more. The people were super nice and went above and beyond. The website was updated regularly with good descriptions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a furry companion to their house.

Had to get my cat spayed and I always adopt from here so decided to set an appointment (needed). It was done very well and my cat hasn't lost any energy or had anything wrong since having the surgery! I recommend this place ????

I love Woods, the animals are wonderful! I just adopted Miss Freesia last weekend and I just love her. Everyone was wonderful and explained the entire process. I definitely recommend going to Woods!

We found our forever pet--thank you! before meeting him, one of the techs gave us thorough information about the dog over the phone, and then solicited information about our lifestyle. When we arrived at Woods, we were met with another tech and were taken to a yard outside for us to interact with him. We took him home that day, not only with our perfect dog, but also a great amount of information about him. The process was so easy -- even during the CoVid pandemic. We highly recommend Woods Humane Society for making it possible to find our wonderful doggie! Thank you!! ????????♥️
