I called late on Friday because I discovered a tick on my cat. The office staff was incredibly helpful and managed to get Mozart in. I am very grateful and so is Mozart.

We have been going here for the past few months for all of our animals needs and honestly We have had such a great high quality experience. We found some things about our cat that were so troubling but they were there to help us figure out the best outcomes for her. Just to know that they care so much about the animals. Knowing that We are in good hands , we definitely recommend Stenner Creek with their Staff and having Dr. O’Reilly who is so knowledgeable and understanding we are so happy to have this place. -Al & Liz

I really like this place. They are one of the clinics that offer a free checkup after you adopt an animal from Woods Humane Society. I took my cat here after I adopted her and was really pleased with the service. The wait time was short, the staff was nice, and the vet was very knowledgeable and gentle with my little runt of the litter kitten. They also have more "vaccination days" then I've seen any other clinic offer

I took my pup here for a few years. I always felt like the vet was a little cold, standoffish and socially awkward but this was my first vet and I didn't know what to expect. Their prices were decent so I stuck with them. I hated going to the vet bc the wait was always super long and the staff was not very pleasant. When my dog got infections I felt like they would suggest unnecessary procedures, but I would do what I could afford to help my dog and didn't have anything to compare my experience to. I would deny some procedures or only get the neccessary meds, and the doctor would make a rude comment or really push me to get something else done. When I moved to AG I started going to a new vet, and what a difference! I would never recommend anyone to Stenner Creek nor would I ever go back. My dogs new vet is warm and friendly. The staff is pleasant and I never feel like I have to choose between good care or expensive tests, procedures and meds. When I can't afford something I let my new vet know and he helps me come up with a cheaper plan of care without comprising my dogs health or making me feel bad about it.

Dr. O’Reilly has been our family veterinarian for most of my life. He’s cared for three of our family dogs that I grew up with and when my husband and I adopted our first cat we knew exactly where to go for her care. Dr O’Reilly is just wonderful. Pets are so much more than pets in our family, they’re children to us and I feel that Dr. O’Reilly and his staff feel the same way. He is gentle, kind, soft spoken but clear and direct when he communicates, I’ve never left an appointment without fully understanding what is going on with my fur baby. His staff is just as caring and compassionate as he is and you can feel how much everyone in that office cares about all animals big and small. They are excited when your pet has had a success and are supportive if you’re struggling towards a health goal with them. I really feel that they love each one of their patients! Even our very skittish antisocial cat likes him and his staff. They’ve even helped her calm down in the waiting room after the car ride there (she hates the car) by draping her carrier with a towel spritzed with calming spray. Everyone in that office is knowledgeable, helpful and very competent in each of their duties and beyond. I really cannot think of anything bad to say about this office. We love Dr. O’Reilly and his team, they’re just the greatest. ❤️

I recently adopted an old cat with some pretty bad teeth and I figured he’d have to get something done but these people screwed up so bad. They pulled 6 of his teeth and charged me for pulling 9, and this place is overpriced to begin with. …

When I first got my pup, I started taking him here on recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, this vet did not live up to my expectations in the least. Dr Riley can be cold and callous, which is not what you need in a vet when you're stressed for your pets well being. Most of the staff is very short and snippy. They do say they will call in the vet after hours for an emergency, but this did not happen for us even after I called them saying my dog was throwing up blood. The services are very pricey, and Dr Riley told me once that if I can't afford their services I shouldn't have a pet, but never discussed any other treatment options with me. My dog stayed 5 days with them in ICU, not once did I see him or get updates on his condition. They put my dog on tylan for his gastroenteritis, and when I moved a few months later I found out that they were grossly overcharging me AND that this was not a healthy long term solution for my baby. I would not recommend to anyone to go here. There are much better vets in the area who care more about their patients.

I came to Stenner creek animal hospital about a month ago with my older cat. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. My cat was already pretty sick when I arrived but the vet and staff did what they could and to diagnosed what was wrong her . Sadly her diagnosis took her life, but in the end Stenner creek made her last week better. I appreciate their help

Our dog has had two bouts of pancreantitis in the past couple of months, On both occasions, the office made room for us to bring her in on short notice, provided a swift and accurate diagnosis, and arranged for overnight care immediately. …

Kiowa and I popped in on Saturday without an appointment for a quick vaccination (as they suggested we do), and we got there around 10:20 am and they were slammed (since they were closing at 11 am). Well the receptionist (Katie?) was awesome, a real multi-tasker and the whole crew was exceptional. The tone of the waiting room was very positive, and although it took about 40-45 min to get out of there, it was really a fun experience. Nice people waiting, nice pets and a great staff - at a great price.

I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. They were genuinely interested in our dog and informative about their vacinations. I will return there.
