This place has been a gift! It's unfortunate my so many places won't allow dogs so when we have to leave our girl, I'm glad PupTown is at the ready for play and fun that's clean and safe.

Our dogs loved their stay and the staff was excellent. Courteous, professional, and obviously dog lovers. Getting to check in via the posted photos and videos on Puptown's Facebook page was great. Highly recommended!

We had our dogs assessed for boarding and daycare. They were very accommodating and had a long conversation about our dogs' reactivity issues and explaining their process. We really appreciated the time they spent with us.

My Dog loves coming to Pup Town. I love having a place she can get her exercise and be in a safe environment while I’m at work. The staff is very lovely.

Brought my puppy here for the first time. The staff was super kind and happy to meet Millie. We set up our online profile before going in, and it was super easy. I uploaded a photo of her vaccines. The only downside, why I’m not giving 5 stars, is because they don’t have cameras for viewing the doggos play. On their website it says they have three zones. One for big dogs, one for small dogs, and one for calm (older) dogs. My puppy had such a great time playing with the other dogs she went straight to napping when she came home. She looked super happy on the car ride home. I would bring my pup back here for sure.

I know that my dog is in great care and will have fun all day long when I drop him off at Puptown. Excellent staff who truly care about you and your dog. I Highly recommend puptown.

My dog just recently started attending Puptown. The initial evaluation was extremely thorough, I appreciated Shasta's assessment of our dog. Our dog also seems to enjoy himself when he goes, I'd recommend.

Pup Town Staff are well trained professionals who understand both dogs, and pet parents! Our rescue Toby is completely different than our previous rescue, and they have helped us understand Toby’s personality, socializeToby, and celebrate his unique quirks. Whatever the problem, they have great suggestions knowing each individual dog. If it weren’t for Pup Town I’m afraid we might have failed Toby, but happily we are 4 years into being regulars at Pup Town, and highly recommend them to our friends! Thank Goodness for Pup Town!

Puptown is ourJunior's home away from home! He so enjoys his time spent there. Junior suffers from separation anxiety, but you would never know it when I drop him off. He never looks back as I walk away. I have used both daycare and boarding services. Shasta, Tonee and other team members are the best at what they do. I do not worry when Junior is under Puptown's care.

Great dog daycare and boarding place. Staff are knowledgeable about dogs and are patient. Been their customer for several years and highly recommended!

I brought my little Bichon puppy, Billy Biscuit, to Puptown for a half-day evaluation. I was a bit apprehensive because he had never been to a facility before, but all the staff were great, and I really felt like he was in good hands. I was emailed a detailed report, and when I picked him up, he looked happy and tired. All the staffers said goodbye to him, and I appreciated that he received such personal attention. Thank you, Puptown!

We tried PupTown for the first time last week. As soon as we got there the staff was very friendly to my puppy and to me. My puppy is very cautious by nature and will check things out before joining in. The staff understood this and I was told he stood between some staff members for awhile while checking out the other dogs. The staff also provided additional feedback about my pup which showed that they are paying good attention to the dogs. The one thing I didn’t get to check out was the areas where the dogs play and are kept. No one offered to show me this and in hindsight I should have asked. I will next time we’re there!

My pup loves Puptown. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They sent a report card after his trial day which I really appreciated. I like that they have packages which allows you to purchase multiple days at a discount. I will definitely be bringing my pup back to Puptown.

I was referred to Pup Town by our dog groomer and my first day to drop off my doggy was a lovely experience from start to finish with the good morning welcoming the upbeat attitude the bright spirits it was very pleasant and welcoming and awesome to know that my doggy was going to be in good hands. I took my 1 year old Maltese here last Friday for evaluation. This place was recommended by 3 of my co-workers. They also have their pups here for daycare. The lady greeted us in the front desk was very friendly. After I picked up my pup he was passed out in the car on our way home (goes to show he had a lot of fun playing). the day after I received a score card on his evaluation, I was so excited to read it. Glad he was behave and good. they have videos and pictures on IG. I will be taking my pup here on days that I have to work longer. I wish they have live cameras. Thank you pup town for taking care of our fur babies <3

Puptown is amazing. Words can’t even describe how amazing my experience was whenever I came in to bring my dog and picked him up. My pup will be back once he’s fixed!

Great first time experience with pup town. After a couple of daycare, our summer seems to be more relaxed around other dogs, barks less.

What a great first experience with PupTown! Brought our crazy mutt Shasta to meet and play with the owner and her colleagues Shasta! A good omen from the start. He was in for an evaluation, and we were updated throughout his stay with pictures, videos and finally a detailed report card. We’re hoping to give him an extended stay in a couple of months. We know he would love it. Thanks so much Owner Shasta for making Dog Shasta’s time with you so wonderful! Highly recommended.

My pup LOVES this place!! He seems almost excited to leave me and his dad when we drop him off. The staff is fantastic, especially Tonee, and I feel so comfortable leaving my pup in their care. Report cards and pictures are a nice touch as well! I HIGHLY recommend!

Honey was so stressed. She was drooling when I picked her up. I know it’s due to her personality. I hope that her upcoming stay with PupTown will be ok. We board our dog at Puptown when we go out of town. The staff is conscientious, helpful and always takes great care of our dog. We know our dog will be safe and well-cared for at Puptown!

1.5 years later and I still am so happy with Puptown! Koda goes 5x/week while I’m at work. Koda has become a better social dog because of Puptown. They pay attention to which dogs are good with which groups as they separate groups based on energy level or size. Etc. Shasta and the team are always friendly and always updating me on what I could do to work with koda, because you still need to put in the effort training your dog. It’s a great way to release their energy, koda sleeps when he comes home. Koda is so happy to go there and happier coming back.

I’ve only brought my dog to puptown once so far. However, even with limited experience, I can say that the owner, Shasta, his highly engaged and hands on, which is a huge positive in my opinion

I have been taking Ozzy to PupTown for almost a month now. Everyone has been great. They are all knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. I love to see the pictures and videos taken throughout the day. Warms my heart!
