I don’t acceptable two day ago make a call for appointment and today I come over and tell me we have no time take care your cats to grooming and another reasons is the guy will be off today until next couple weeks , OMG why don’t call me day and before don’t reschedule it ??? and two day age you don’t know your employees will be off too ??? ok and I said can I reschedule it , but she just keep saying to me you could go another store , I feel like she doesn’t want our Asian people come back to this store pet Image ????????????

My dog looks so good when I picked him up. They listen to the instructions very well. My dog is mixed so grooming him can be challenging. But they did it and stay very true to their business name Pet Image.

Too much money and get decent cuts about half the time

So we decided to try this place for our 8 month old puppy for to the great reviews. Scheduled for 12pm. At 5:00 my wife stopped by because we hadn't heard anything. They still had him just stowed away waiting for his turn. This made me so angry. Knowing that our puppy could have been home the last 5 hours instead of being locked up. My wife convinced me that we should let them finish but after she returned 45 minutes later, making it almost 6 hours of him being there, they still didn't get to him. What an aweful experience! If you want your pets waiting for 6 hours then this is your place but if you care about them, avoid bringing them here

really bad. I took my dog, a maltese for a grooming and they cut all of her hair. it doesn't even look even. we didnt ask to remove all of my dog hair. they were supposed to cut her nails and they just cut 1 nail. and my dog was scare as hell for a couple of days she didn't eat. I think they did something to my dog that she was really afraid of anything. really bad place to take your pet.

They always take good care of my baby girl(dog). Safety measures in place for Covid. Love the crew!!!!

Quick and friendly. I was in and out no more than 10 minutes for a nail trim for my dog.

My dog was stolen from East 10th Street her name is Missy her chip she's a Pomeranian she's five years old if someone brings her in please scanner she's 5 lb she's white chest gold back we're stolen on the first day of the year please call me or hold her until you get a hold of me our center to the shelter please here's a picture of her girl stolen right out of the front yard while I was getting a poop bag she drove by on a bike and snatched him and drove off she has a green line on her stomach showing that she's been spayed it about a half an inch she does not like for nothing in the world please put her in the shelter thank you so much and God bless you and people this veterinarian is the best fit in town the five stars the respectful courtesy and everything that you would want from a veterinarian

My experience with the other groomers were really good , but with the owner it was really bad. I had asked for my Yorkie to be cut down short from her neck to her butt , and the owner decided by choice to cut her tail hair without my permission and claimed that my dogs tail was tangled when it was not . She did it by her choice without my permission and when I confronted her about it she said “I’m going to do what I think is best for the dog” and not what I wanted .

I called because I have a cairn terrier that must be hand stripped. Hand stripping is very special and only few groomers are trained and able to do it. It takes more time then a regular groom appointment and cost more. The owner told me to bring the pup in and she will look at her. She has 3 groomer that are trained and able to hand strip. I took Star my pup in and the owner had me leave her. She would hand strip her. The owner is very familiar with hand stripping and grooms show dogs. I left Star at 12p and called them at 3pm to check on her. They were finished and told me I could pick her up. I was happy with the professional grooming results. I was originally going to take Star to Leader of the Pack grooming. But they did answer my email or phone calls.

Staff is nice, salon smells clean, and my dog appears to like entering the suite.

They do an excellent job with my pup. Been going here for years

The staff is great and our dog loves going there. He gets a full spa treatment and ends being a real spoiled pup. Prices are reasonable for their services and they really know what they are doing!

They did an ok job, not terrible just uneven and not exactly what was asked for in regard to hair length. Did not like the unprofessional comments the employees in the back were making and all the times we have been in, we need to ask them to fix something or we have to fix it at home. Customer service is ok.

Best groomers in the bay area

Coming here for years, love the ladies they take really good care of your pets. I live in emeeyville, but I go to them in san Leandro., because I trust them and love the love an care they give my pets.

They are professional, care for the dogs and do a great job grooming them.

We take our French Mastiff and Chihuahua in to get their nails trimmed. We never wait more than 10 min and we never have an appointment. Our pooches are always treated nicely.

He Lena is amazing at hand stripping! The pile on the floor is the hair from one grooming session that came out of my 19 pound Welsh Terrier! And she looks great

Worst place ever....Shame on you lieing on an animal after you made my appt.....day of cancelled my appt.....liec lied I took the day off to keep apt.....You lied in my face......Never!@!

The best poodle groomer I've been able to find in the East Bay. My dogs don't love being groomed, but they are less stressed here than anywhere we've tried, and the cuts are always on point.

Mary and Elena are experts at what they do! I have been coming to them for YEARS and will not think of taking my pooch any where else. Their new shop on E.14th is beautiful and so plush for the dogs. It really is a doggy day spa or cat ;) . I am confused about the few negative reviews regarding their shop?? They are very up front about their prices as they have them posted in the front. (Dematting is expensive, but it takes work- and in my honest opinion it is cruel to even put your dog or cat through that. If things have gotten out of control- which it happens- no judgment...... just have YOUR PET SHAVED and start over- vanity over comfort is ridiculous, how would you like it if someone was tugging at your matted hair for an hour +? =( OUCH! *rant over* ) Either way- they have great customer service and fantastic amenities for your furry loved ones. I never have an issue with scheduling and I know that my Holly Bolly is always taken care of as if she was family by them. I definitely recommend them! =)
