AMAZING!!! My dog sky, Which is a 5- year old male Japanese Spitz HATES WATER, but loves being groomed here! it's one of his favorite things!!!! The picture attached was him in the snow in 2017!

I took my shih tzu multipoo dogs there last week and they followed my request for their hair cuts to a tee! Will definatly be taking them back! The staff was so friendly too!

Very kind techs with patience of saints! It was my Kobe's first time having a puppy groomed and I was beyond happy with how he came home! They trimmed his overgrown fur, gave him a flea bath, and trimmed his nails. I am a happy customer and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you Claudia's!

We have been taking our little boy Maxx to Claudia's for years. Maxx is a Yorkie and his hair tends to get long quickly. At Claudia's they always fit us in to their schedule. Maxx comes out looking very handsome every time. They are sweet and patient with him. I trust them with my baby and that's a big thing to me.

You got a low Claudius especially the owner Claudia she great with the animals she's great personality and believe me she does a fantastic job I don't let it going to her for about 4 years plus and I highly recommend her if you have a pet.. She's fair she's honest and she's price

More expensive and average at grooming, but it is a smaller place if pet is not good around a lot of dogs.

I used to bring my dog Gino here when I lived in San Leandro and loved the way they groomed him, then I moved to Richmond and had not been for a while. When I took him back years later, they remembered Gino and said they missed us. I still come back because of this wonderful customer service and Gino always looks so handsome afterward. Gino gets compliments all the time. Thank you!!

Take much longer than estimated and my dog was dehydrated and exhausted. Decent work but book too many dogs at same time.

The staff and owner are very caring and loving towards your pet. I have a Bichon Friche, and the first visit was inexpensive based on what was done. My dog got her nails clipped, hair removal from her ears, bath and haircut. They also do their best to custom the cut to the owner client's preference. They're always willing to accommodate.

Our dog always came home clean, well groomed and happy. Great people! Great service!

Well had a 10 appointment this morning Claudia did not show up said they would call us by 11 it is now 7 at night never received a phone call I guess I won't be going there again that's just bad service not even a phone call
