Our boy Max stayed at their San Jose location for 16 nights. I was worried about boarding him for so long, but they took great care of him! He got to play with his new friends every day. I loved watching the YouTube videos and seeing my boy having a good time. Everyone was super caring and responsive.

Great personalized care. Our dog Rosie (Whole Lotta) is a member of our family. We have had issues with dog parks and there owners as well as kennel cough and people not controlling there dogs. At We Dog Care those issues are gone. They take very excellent care of our little bundle of joy and ensure a constant visual presence on newbies for aggression. We fully trust the staff to have our Lady Love’s best interests in hand.

We love this place. We bring our 2 dogs in M-F while we're at work. The staff are wonderful. They're super kind, observant, and involved in the care and well being of the dogs. They provide a detailed update every day. The facilities are nice, and services are really well priced

I’m surprised by how nice the staff is! When I took my dog in for her evaluation, Eva was very helpful and could tell she would care about my dog. When I picked my doggy up, she remembered her name and said she was wonderful!

So thankful for the kind folks at We Dog Care. I just moved to Mountainview and urgently needed a dog boarding service. They were able to squeeze in my 2 rat terriers for boarding this holiday weekend, saving the day! And I was impressed that they required vaccination certifications and a 2 hour temperament test before dogs are boarded. And they take regular video of your dogs at play so you can see how your dogs are doing. Really nice!

Our 13 year old dog goes here for day care occasionally and has stayed overnight. The staff is always incredibly pleasant and when we pick Cici up, we know she has been well cared for.

Our dog loves going here for overnight stays. He does not like other places like Wag nearly as much (tail down, resists going in). Staff are very nice and seem to genuinely like dogs.

Brought our pup, Ember here at 4 mos. old on referral 1 yr. ago. She was shy her 1st few days, but the handlers other guest pups all helped her to get acclimated and comfortable. The handlers always give a full account of her day, her eating habits and disposition - and contact me in any emergency or if they have any questions about any particular issue Ember may be experiencing. They care about our dogs as much ad we do and it shows. Fast forward to today, our Ember's a confident, well-adjusted and friendly girl who cries in excitement on the drive over literally runs into We Dog Care when we arrive. She loves it. They love her. I love that.

Continues to be awesome during the pandemic, though watch out for reduced pickup hours!

First few days of using this service was great because we saw that our dog was exhausted (in a good way). Our dog has learned some odd behaviors from other dogs at this place. They tend to forget to do grooming services when we ask in the morning. They have a poor communication between morning staff and afternoon. Every time we ask how our dog did, it was a very short answer like “he did good”. When we get our dog back he always comes from kennel while other dogs are outside. Last time, it seemed like our dog was in the kennel for all day because when he got home, he just had sooooo much energy. It was very unusual. They also have hard time controlling dogs that jumps around. So don’t expect separation of different sizes of dogs. Overall, staff are very kind and the price is very affordable if you need quick babysitter for your dog.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff. Amazing owner who cares about the dogs. I've been taking my super scared timid dog here for 4 years. She is always excited and happy to the staff and they are always excited and happy to see her.

These folks have been dogsitting our girls for... Four years? Reservations are always honored, health care records are monitored (which is good cause that means other dogs' records are too) and doggies come back healthy and worn out. Recommend!

I recently tried out We Dog Care to board my dog for a couple of days and he just loved it. I now bring him there for daycare a couple of times a week and as soon as he knows where we are going, he gets super excited and can't wait to spend his day with all his buddies. They take great care of the dogs and everyone is super knowledgeable about dog behavior. They were awesome in evaluating my dog and working on some of the issues he still has from time to time being in a big group of dogs. Every time I pick him up I get a quick summary about how he was doing throughout the day. It is great to know that your doggie is in such good and experienced hands while you are away and completely tired out when you pick him up. The prices are reasonable too for the area.

Great place. I am thankful there is a place I can drop my dog off with no notice and feel confident he will be safe and well taken care of. Definitely recommend if you need a dog sitter.

Very friendly staff here, and there's a person on staff 24 hours in case we have to board our dog.

I have had a great exp here but the dog volume was to much for us. our dog came back with scuffs (no biggie) but also did some scuffing herself. the owner is very nice. They NEVER pick up the phone. The customer service lacks some as they do things on paper. I asked them to feed my dog EVERY time she comes in. They agreed and then They forgot and, said "Oh well she is fine, i only feed my dog once a day" left me rather upset. The staff is very attentive to the humans on drop off and pick up with decent details of the pets day... so they got that going for them.

We Dog Care is wonderful! The owner and staff truly amazing. My dog has been going daily for two years now and she is always excited to be dropped off. The staff pay close attention to the dogs and report any issues immediately. On the rare occasion that there has been a problem they have been fast and proactive in fixing it. I can't recommend them enough. Also, they have the best hours for working professionals like me who need very early drop off times.
