Falsely advertised as a walk in clinic. Drove 30 minutes for a simple dog flu shot to be there at open and was told they were already booked for the entire day. Im sure staffing is difficult and they are busy but then don’t advertise as a walk in clinic. And there is no information online regarding the virtual line to let you know beforehand.

Terrible! They say they are a walking clinic. This is a lie. You must show up and hour before they open to get a QR to make a same day appointment. In your going to have an appointment system have and appointment system don’t lie and say you are a walk In clinic.

Great same day service!!! Saved me ALOT of time and hassle getting necessary vaccinations for a last minute pet boarding. Will DEFINITELY use them again!

The appointment system is a little confusing, but if you call and get on the waitlist, they will usually make time to get you in the same day. They have affordable packages, and they always take the time to answer questions over the phone.

Waited for 4 hours outside for a pet rabies shot. Unorganized, they should have scheduled shot services which is 5 minute service separately from other time consuming services.

I love VIP Petcare, they are wonderful, kind, helpful and compassionate and I trust them 100% with my 2 beloved dogs' care! The Best! Thank you! B. Wilder

Convenient way to get routine healthcare for my dog. Staff always treat me and my pet with care and friendliness. Alerts work well, reminding me to get vaccinations in a timely way.

Had to update shots for my Husky. Very friendly and safe pet care. 6 foot rule for customers, masks required.

They have a new check in system now with numbers in line during Covid...That should be on their site..But when I finally went in they were as usual sweet and kind to my furbaby....

Friendly staff and great service

Don't bother coming if it's too close to closing time. You'll be turned away. They're listed as closing at 7:30 but I got there at 7:15 (after showing up at noon and not realizing they didn't open until 1:30) and was turned away. The weekend clinics are difficult for me to get to, so this is really frustrating. I'll pay the extra $5 for more reliable service from the vet's office.

Always attentive and reasonably priced

They’re professional and friendly. The open space and loud noises can be a bit much if your pet is sensitive. Otherwise, VIP is a good choice for your annual shots and other concerns.
