Called for an appointment and NO one ever returned my call

My dog is well cared for and beautifully groomed! 5 star rating from my experience with this grooming service!! ????????

OMG AMY WAS AWSOME WITH CHUY TODAY ..HE IS A HARD DOG TO DEAL WITH ... AND EVERY WHERE I've takin him they weren't able to do his cut or finish his cut...But Amy pulled up and went right to his cut with little problems ...thank you so much Amy we will definitely be useing TLC MOBIL PET GROOMING for now on...❤️

Would not trust these hypocrites to tell the truth, follow through, not to mess with your place of employment, your family, let alone a beloved pet!

Been meaning to write a review for TLC for awhile now... made an appointment over the phone when we lived in Rose Garden area of San Jose, I had to call them the day before to confirm our appointment. Lady on the phone was very disorganized, but said yes, sure they would be there. Day of appointment comes and goes, NO CALL, NO SHOW. I called and again very disorganized lady, says she doesn't know what happened or where the groomer who was supposed to come by is. She says she will have to call me back and let me know, but that someone should come that day. I waited and waited... no call back, no show. I called the next day and got no response. I am NOT going to chase down their services if they don't want my business. So disappointed.

My dog was butchered,, his pom tail looked like rat tail & he was shaved to skin. Months later his hair is not growing back same. Too much money for poor service!

Our dog is an elder dog and was in need of tender loving care; he did receive that care from Christina. She was very careful with him. He smelled clean and his cut was excellent. I was very satisfied and the cost was reasonable.

I wanted a certain cut for my dog but he was matted from all the after winter shedding so they asked me first if they could cut it shorter to remove mats. That was okay with me. I'm so glad they had asked me first. My Pomeranian is soft as ever and he looks comfortable with his short hair in this hot summer weather. Do not call them! It's easier to book an appointment online. Simple enough! Make an account, provide dogs info and you will receive an email reply as to when they could come in your area. I paid $95 for full grooming on my small and full of hair Pomeranian (with mats!!!). That is a fair price in my opinion! It saved me gas and time from dropping off my dog and then picking him up :) Satisfied with their service.
