For the pet side as far as products not too bad. I like the low key feeling and not being bothered when I shop but staff is ready to help if you ask. Everyone is pretty friendly and they have a great selection of stuff for all types of animals.

This place make me feel sick today! Betta fish is always in trouble there! Some dead for a couple of days, just soak in their cups... other "swim" in a mad of feces and food. But their aquatic area just kill me today. Never seen before so many dead, sick fish in a pet store .. other fish eating dead... whole tank sick tetras with ich, just struggling from desiase!!! Guys, please change a aquatic management in this location!! Today is Sunday, most parents come with kids... pretty sad

Place is always busy. Lines are a little long bit move fast.

I wish this store had more flaked kitten food options. Otherwise, this Petco is well stocked and I always get what I need. Everyone of the staff members I've dealt with have been helpful and courteous.

Great customer service, very friendly staff.

I go here all the time just to conversate with Mario. He knows a lot about every fish and tells me when the next batch of fish should come in. He talks about his favorite fishes and is very knowledgeable about the compatibility, tank require, food requirements, etc. of each fish. Mario has caught every fish I have in my tank right now and they’ve been great!

Took my dog here and they cut his tail with whatever slippers or scissors they were using, he is now recovering from the wound. NEVER BRINGING MY DOGS HERE EVER AGAIN. THEY have HORRIBLE SERVICE.

First of all there is not even one cart in the store whatsoever I went there a couple months ago same thing you guys only had three carts but this time I went there was only one cart and the people in the store were very rude I will never go to Petco again and it the way it looked I don't think a lot of people are going to be going to Petco

Great customer support. Too bad this branch does not have complete services like vet care & they mostly cater to dogs.

I was looking for lizards and I did not find, I was also looking for cockatiel they did not have either, I was looking for a male bird for my female bow tie, but they did not even know if they were males and females, because of them my bow tie is sad because I could not find him a husband.

I needed a good car collar with a big ???? bell. I found a great variety here. You can also buy cat ???? litter here by the pound. Its actually cheaper than buying in the stores.

I have dogs, cats, and fishes. And this petco is the closes to me that carries product for all 3. So I often stop by even if it's just to allow my dogs for more chances of socialization. But on this particular trip I had a coupon for water conditioner as since I was starting to run low and the coupon expires 12/21, i thought i pick up a bottle and browse around.

Very long stock customer service is not that knowledgeable about the items they sell but it's an okay place

The convenience, the staff, and also I had my puppy go through some behavior training at Petco, and she loved every time we go there.

Store was clean but was not stocked. They didn't have chain collars for big dogs. The clerk was nice but the process of checking out with the dog tag was laborious. They should put the choices for dog tags in the counter area. I feel these products are way too highly priced. 50 bucks plus tax for a dog harness? Oh please.... Try Ross first. They're choices are pretty good and the prices are around 75% off retail.

It was easy to find the rabbit related things that I was looking for. The store staff was helpful in pointing me to the location for these. The checkout person was friendly. Overall, it was good experience. Thanks Petco in Tully Commons in San Jose CA.

Newly remodeled. Extreme cleanliness. Super Friendly Staff... Not many ppl ( in the mornings/afternoons). Check it out their Red eared sliders very healthy and active ❤️❤️❤️. Overall love the place..
