It's a good place to take your dog for service but whoever answers the phone is always rude makes you uncomfortable to drop off or pick up your dog sadly

She’s so good with Daisy and loves on her, Daisy is always so beautiful when she’s done she literally struts down the sidewalk. Anna was amazing with my 7 month old puppy. She called with updates and request for permission to do some services that were needed to maintain a healthy coat. My pup was done in 1 hour - everything she did would've taken me all day! I'll be a return customer!

Worst service ever! i used to bring my dog ​​here, but I won't anymore. I made an appointment last week and they didn't tell me to bring the rabies vaccine paper with me since previous one got expired. I had the paper at home but They didn't tell me to bring it with me when I made the appointment. I didn't have idea that the one they had it was expired, how come I can remember that. I drove there for 20 min with my dog just for nothing. The girl on the front just told me she needs to re schedule my app. No thanks! I won't come back! This place need to be more

Great service! Very kind staff, gentle with my furbabies. Groomed, smelled absolutely lovely and sparkled like a diamond. Been going there for three years with one husky, just recently added another addition. Will continue on. ????

Love this place. Luna, my standard poodle, is always happy and looks great after each service. Plus Luna is often sent home with a cute bandana! All of the team members at Lush are great about asking what you want and even ask follow up questions to make sure they know what you want. If ever something about the service I have requested doesn't work out the team is honest about it with me and let me know. I will continue to return here for any of my grooming needs.

We have taken our long haired chihuahua here twice now. Both times have been disappointing to say the least. Some of her nails aren’t cut at all and if they are cut they are still long, her hair cut doesn’t even look like a haircut, she comes back extremely itchy, her paws and the inside of her paws are still filthy. We aren’t super picky but when we pay good money for quality grooming for her we expect her to look like she was washed, groomed and cared for.

Lush Paw was excellent. I explained that my dog was terrified of vet & groomers & it was going to be a challenge. Sure enough it was. They called me to pick my dog up early b/c he was shaking really badly & scared. When I picked him up, they had nearly finished the trim, which was great. Even better, they didn’t charge me for anything! Very professional, caring & gentle! I would highly recommend them!!

I like this place for my fur baby

This place was incredible! We used the self wash for our 2 big dogs, I will be returning forever! Kelly was fantastic, super sweet and helpful! The blow dryers are great, as opposed to almost every other self wash place I've been to. Also, our mal unfortunately left a mess (blew his coat), I offered to help clean it because I felt terrible but Kelly was awesome about it (also opposed to some self wash places I've been to where the workers glare at you for hair flying through the air). I will definitely keep coming back!

I called and since I was not going to be there I told them over the phone exactly what I wanted for my toy poodle. My dog walker, as amazing as he is brought her in for a hair cut. He sent me a picture of her done She looked like a Bichon, with a LOT of hair, and the tail was not trimmed. I asked him to bring her back as it was nothing like I asked for and provided a picture. Instead of cutting her whole body to length, they trimmed her face only. Brought her back again and she was done in 10 minutes. All uneven, patches of long hair vs. short hair, and nothing like I asked still.. I am upset to have paid 80 dollars for her to look worse than if I were to cut her hair myself. I brought her in to save me time to cut her hair, and I have to do it myself anyways. I would NOT recommend.

Kelly always makes time to groom our Golden Doodle Yoshi. He always comes back cuter than ever, which is pretty hard to do since he's already pretty cute.
