My dogs comes looking good!! Staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Appointments are always necessary...no walk ins.

First and last time I take my dog there he was in for a simple yorkie cut she took 4 hours to do then I arrive amd was rushed to find out he is missing two nails she cut them so low he is in pain then he has cuts on his back and razor burns all under his stomachs let alone the cut is very sloppy and un even this is the worst place I have took my dogs never again

This place is so good with my pup she always comes out looking so fresh (she usually looks like a gremlin lol) but Baylee always comes home and struts her cute hair do thank you guys

I took my Alaskan malamute and a small dog here we been coming here for years never had any problems. My dog had foxtail in him we didn’t know they remove them and just said there were a lot my dog was bleeding and a wound behind his left ear where it look like it cut they didn’t tell anything about the wounds nothing at all they told to pick they up at 4 we didn’t get our dogs until 5 almost and when we didn’t they were so thirsty they drank not 1 not 2 but 4 Bowls of water. Of course I called and ring them a new one they just kept saying it was the foxtails and never their fault the refused to give us a refund we spent $100 dollars anyone who had their fur baby come home dying of thirst and wounded would be just as upset as I am

Had my Dozer clipped, first time. He is 11 years old. Did a great job & he will stay cooler during the summer.

There are still good people in some places and this business is run by them... they've been good to us...

Hello precious moments, another fav of mine, I was allowed to hold my cc at-som Jack, whilst the groomer cut the fur lumps off his back, that was ???? cool, cause Jacks been abused at another vet's office with me there! So for this company to let me hold Jack was soooo nice, I'd made a promise to my Cat-son, that I'd never leave him alone with "stranger's" again and that moment made it right, thank you precious moments! Jack thinks your ???? cool.

Best groomer my dog love too

I brought my Duck Tolling Retriever in for his first haircut, shampoo and manicure. We adopted him a year ago when a relative passed away. He's between 13-15 years old and has bad hip problems. His hair was badly matted and I couldn't cut it. I brought him here and they did a wonderful job with his grooming and they took good care of him and his bad hips. I recommend them immensely.

Such a lazy groomer! Our husky was soaked, nails weren’t cut, and wasn’t clean! He basically looks the same as when we brought him in! My wife will be posting a detailed review on Yelp with pictures! And we will be sure to let everyone we know Not to take their pets to this place!

First and last time we take our dog here. Abu came in to get groomed that included shampoo, cut and nail trim. I never seen someone groom so terrible. They cut his hair so close to his ears ! His nails are so short he looks like his in pain.

I couldn’t be more grateful for precious moments! They were able to get my very mean and large cat in right away for an emergency groom! She smells amazing and they were so reasonable and accommodating! Definitely recommend!!

My dog is far from precious when you try to groom her but they did a great job and customer service was superior! Worth every penny

We stumbled across Precious Moments a few years ago and have been going since. Customer service is great. They remember who we are, and that we lost one of our fur babies. Prices are the most reasonable in town. We have always been very pleased with every grooming. Definitely recommend.

The manager Vero is AMAZING and very sweet. Jorge is so charismatic and outgoing and Ana is so sweet. I love this place and highly recommend to bring your fur family here!! They even do pitbulls, and Huskies!! What are you waiting for? Book your appointment asap!!
