Doctors and staff are always friendly and helpful! They reply to emails and phone calls quickly which is a huge help when non-urgent issues arise.

My only interaction with them is after my baby girl passed away and I had to have her cremated. They were very kind when I dropped her off. When I went to pick up her ashes, there was a condolences card signed by the whole office and an ink of her paw print inside.

Have been here for years and have great experience. Everyone is very nice. Currently they have good protocol for COVID. You can drop off and pick up your pet at the front door. Doctor will be calling you for all the questions you have and telling you any problems.

I don't even know where to start on this review. I have entrusted them with the care of my kitty which has been showing signs of diabetes despite not being overweight and they completely misdiagnosed him!! He is currently on the edge of death because of their negligence. Don't take your animal here!

I highly recommend this office. They have great doctors, especially Dr. Helmer who you can tell cares deeply about animals and that comes in her demeanor and approach. Staff is friendly and thorough. I bring both my pets here and am very happy with the care they provide.

Hands down the best Vet Hospital I have been to. Dr. Chatoian, Cecilia, and Maria were absolutely wonderful. My cat Randy was having some serious health issues during Covid pandemic time, and while other places were “too busy” to take him in, Presidio Way took him and treated him and walked me through the whole process. Their prices are so fair too. TRUST ME, take your pets here!! I’ve been to a lot of vets in the different cities I’ve lived in and this place IS IT!

I take my dog here for regular visits. I haven't had anything too serious but so far so good. Doctors and the rest of the staff is nice.

I followed Dr. Kim here from our old vet. She's the best! Very caring and compassionate. The staff are all gentle and sweet towards all the animals that come in. I have no doubt my pet is in good hands when we go.

We have been fans of Dr. Kim for 4 years. She truly cares for animals. She treats their injuries but more importantly considers their quality of life whenever she recommends a treatment.
