My children will go nowhere else. There are healthy little creatures and worth every penny. Pets are expensive, especially if you feed them garbage and don't get them checked up regularly.

This is a business. The care of your pet is secondary. If you understand this with this "hospital" you will get along fine. They will upsell you for needless services. They have channel sales with pet insurance companies, drugs and of course pet food. Now the care. No, they aren't kind. You notice they take your pet and you're not in the room with them when they perform surgery or shots? Not even a video camera. They say you being around isn't helpful. Cool. How about a video camera? You neve see the X-rays or any imaging but they tell you something is wrong. You never get anything except what they tell you. You never get anything as proof of the care or services. BUT you pay for it. If it's rabies shot. Sure, this place will do. Anything more, keep looking. I was a customer and I can validate what I wrote. This is not a fake review.

My dog has been with this vet clinic for 5 years and it has been horrible: 1. Asked for a vet to call me about a tumor removal and to give me an estimate for the surgery. They keep promising. Took my dog to another vet because my regular vet didn't have time* to figure out whether the tumor was benign, and discovered my dog has cancer. So surgery is critical. *They didn't have time to have him seen for the cytology. 2 weeks later still no vet call and no estimate. I thought to have my dog's surgery at his regular place might ease his anxiety. Well this clinic isn't helpful here. 2. Earlier in the year, they told me my dog needed to have his tooth (1 tooth) removed. 6 teeth later (which they didn't get permission for) my dog came back. I paid the bill, it's per tooth that they charge. $2000 later...includes anesthesia and accoutrements. 3. I have taken my dog, out of convenience, to this place for 5 years. And each time it has been about money. I never leave feeling that they actually care about my dog. They care about how much I am willing to pay. Are vets regulated? They should be. Find another vet clinic that actually cares about your pet and NOT your wallet. Ps. If you drive a nice car, don't park in front. They do look and their eyes gleem.

Really great service. Liz helpled me with my dog who had eaten something potentially dangerous got his stomach. She was kind and precise and I am grateful to this clinic. Thank you.

Both my Schipperkes go to this Vet Hospital after we tried a few beforehand. Medical staff turnaround appears to be high but I didn't have any problems with newly assigned doctors who were competent and pleasant to talk to. It could be very busy and one weekday I had to take my dog to ER in Daly city because we couldn't be seen. If someone needs a vet I would recommend at least to try this place. We like it but might not be for everybody

I have only been here for the holistic vet services. Dr. Adam has been a great resource for my dog's back problems. I came here wanting to try acupuncture but he recommended cold laser therapy first, which seemed to have worked well for my dog. I only wanted for her to be in less pain and not dependent on drugs. The technicians who performed the laser sessions and the office staff have all been great. We went back a year and a half later for a check-up because she seemed a little less mobile. She will be getting another short series of laser therapy but at least she's not completely dependent on it and can have a relatively normal life.

Love this place. Great staff. Wonderful doctors. I like that they support a more holistic approach. Combining that with Western medicine, I know I’m giving my dog the best.

Went there today to get Health Certificate for my dog to travel abroad. We agreed all details beforehand and I explained in detail what I'm looking for. They did examination and prepared some papers but informed me only then that they are not USDA authorized and can not to issue health certificate. Finally they gave some phone number when I can call and get it finalized. I'm foreigner in this country and have very limited time to deal with all this. That's why I started to prepare early and agreed everything with them long time ahead. I fly out next week and now need to find another doctor and pay them for health check again. I was wasting my time and money. Really disappointed. Otherwise staff was friendly towards me and my dog.

Location is easy to find with much parking. I took my Maltipoo in for grooming and all the help went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. Lobby is spacious and friendly. All the varied pets were the stars. They completed my Sebastian very nicely. And without a trip to the cleaners. Thank you, Anna (head of grooming). I'll be back, I'm sure.

Vetcare adequate. Did not give me itemized bill before giving meds. Bill twice what I expected.

We love the approach of evidence-based medicine couple with alternative (i.e., safer, conservative, natural) care. Our doctor was a sweetheart and even emailed us later about the effectiveness and safety of an alternative care she was less familiar with. It took us about 5 vets in the San Francisco Bay area to find one we truly like. I have a feeling you won't be disappointed with any of the vets here.

They refused to see my small dog, even though it was obvious she was in immediate danger and distress, because she was not a "regular" patient. (We were visiting the City when she suddenly fell ill.)

Good attention to pets, but over the years the price has gotten very high for the service.

I've taken Dulce here since day 1. They keep her healthy and provide many natural options for things. They also work with folks who come in and provide non anesthetic teeth cleaning, which is great.

If you are looking for the very best care for your pet, this is the place to be!! We've going here since it 1st opened. Dr Adam is one of the finest, knowledgeable and empathetic vets I've ever worked with. They have taken sensational care of my 2 American Eskimo family members. When he was just 6, our older one, Zeke, was diagnosed with a tumor on his liver, non-malignant, but still inoperable. The prognosis (which was correct) was that it would continue to grow until it eventually interfered with his other organs. Our prior vet didn't give us much hope for his extended survival past 6 months or so. We went to see Dr Adam. Between holistic supplements and special diets, Zeke lived for 6 more Years. He didn't even seem to know he was sick, till finally one day the tumor started to bleed. The next day, Healthy Pets let us spend our final time in the room with him, so that he was in our arms they compassionately put him to sleep. But Healthy Pets enable us to have 6 extra wonderfully normal years with Zeke. Dr Taylor, who is another superb & caring vet, also played a significant role in carrying for both Zeke & Dahlia.
