George is the best groomer I’ve had in over twenty years of dog-momming. I am grateful he was recommended to me by my neighbor. George is kind, patient, and meticulous. He also understands exactly how to calm my very excited dog upon our arrival. (This also tells me a lot about his experience.) There is a back yard where the dogs can play, instead of being locked in a crate before and after their appt.

We took our toy australian shepherd to Foggy Doggy yesterday and had a terrific experience! We've heard plenty of horror stories about getting aussies groomed, and so this was such a relief (: George was sooo sweet and goofy with Boa and helped her feel as comfortable as possible (given that she's a little shy) -- it was such a positive experience to interact with him!!! There was good two-sided communication about what to have done, and then George executed perfectly (just getting some of the thick fur by the butt and back of the legs trimmed + cutting out some mats by her ears). This was our 11mo puppy's first time getting groomed, and we'll absolutely be back.

Fantastic! Best Groomer we've been to in SF. They even have a little area out back where the doggies can roam around, not stuck in a cage. Our doggy loves it! Oh, and they sent me a video of him in the back outside enjoying himself!

I've been taking my mini bernedoodle (~50lbs) to George at Foggy Doggy for a year now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. He listens to what owners are looking for for their pups in terms of grooming and style and is consistent with the service. Maverick always looks adorable AND comfortable after visiting George. His prices are in-line with what others charge for a full grooming in the area.

I unfortunately don't have a pet but wanted to write a review as George found my bag pack and went above and beyond trying to track me down several ways to give it back. When I picked it up the next morning everything was there and he didn't want to accept any reward, even after I had tried a couple of times. Highly recommending his business to friends as it's hard to find someone with honesty, integrity and a sense of community in the city.

Not very friendly, almost a traumatic experience had to stop them trimming my dog's nails. They wouldn't stop to her screeching, all the while a lot of noise and lose running dogs creating a lot of commotion.

No-nonsense-décor kind of place. They did a wonderful job of giving our puppy his first haircut - they made sure it was a good experience for him and did a great job with the cut!

I called Foggy Doggy, and they weren't able to pick up. However, George texted my cellphone right away, asking if I needed anything! On a Saturday morning, even though I hadn't left a message, and I wasn't a client! Definitely using them for my beardie's next haircut.

I loved the service, SUPER FRIENDLY. She took in my maltese with no appt (then again it was only for a bath). I will be back in November and I will bring back my baby. :)
