They had a decent selection, yet it was a lot of stuff I didn't want and not so much that I did want. The staff member on shift wasn't overly helpful but nice enough. I feel that I'm as likely to look online as I am to return to this store for future pet needs.

The staff here is so sweet, friendly and helpful. We’ve been in multiple times from trying to find a treatment for dry itchy skin, getting a new lewk for the seasons holiday, changing dog food to just getting new toys/treats. They always make us feel welcome, even giving the dogs treats when we aren’t purchasing something. A true neighborhood gem of a store

Smaller shop but really good staff and very helpful. Lots of smaller breed supplies and cat items, but there are also quite a few supplies stored in the back - like an inflatable cone for after surgery with our large breed dog. They are even doing free delivery for high risk people during the shelter in place.

Great local pet shop. They’re happy to place custom orders if needed (we need the senior version of Fromm dog food; they don’t normally stock the senior line)

Two stars for carrying the two items that were not available at other pet stores. -3 stars for the rude woman answering the phone interrupting me and telling me she "has a lot of clients so I need to hurry up". If you are too busy to let someone finish their ONE sentence don't answer the phone. I try to support local business even though everything is cheaper online but I will not be back to suffer rude employees.

If you're looking for a friendly, welcoming place for your pet needs, this is the place. The guy that works there is also so nice and helpful. We recently got a puppy and his opinion on certain brands has been so helpful. I know he's not just looking for a sale but he truly cares about the animals. He even gave me a free chew stick for my puppy when she got spayed. Love this place.

I could tell as soon I walked in that the people here really care about pets! They were really helpful in finding a natural dry dog food for my two little ones. They also have a great rewards program. So happy I finally found a great pet supply store in the city!

Not the most impressive selection, but they have the pet store basics. They tend to be more cat product related than anything else. Make sure you bring your own bag though, or you'll end up carrying your purchases around in your hands.
