I took 18.5 year old cat that I inherited 2 years ago. I asked for blood work to be done. They tried to get me to do teeth clean again. Which I told DR Lee he just had a teeth cleaning year ago cost $684 They are a rip off. I been calling to get results from blood test no response. I asked them to email me the blood test results. No email. My cat is nearly 19 and I need to know the results. But no response after calling and asking for them twice. Do not go to this vet hospital they are incompetent and out for your money. You have been warned.

Quickly got us in and the vet did a thorough exam.

Staff were friendly; unfortunately this covid thing is still going on despite the City being "open" and I wasn't able to go back to the exam area with my very shy, very attached Chihuahua who usually cries like a broken heart anytime she can't be with me. That was hard on both of us. Not the fault of the staff here tho. I just wish that everyone, every business would "follow the rules" and treat us like it was before bc it essentially is. If you have been vaccinated then you aren't a risk to anyone and no one is a risk to you, so what's the problem??

Moved to San Francisco a few years ago. I live very close to Blue Cross Pet hospital and I took my dog there shortly after moving here. I’ve been quite satisfied with the care my dog has received. I especially appreciate that the vet communicates with me and and listens to my concerns.

Dr. Lee continues to give great care to my senior Chihauhau, Cho. He is eating again and feeling better. Screening tests needed to be done but were necessary to rule out any hidden ailments.

In general all the staff here were very professional and very courteous. I know they're operating undercover restrictions but they all did their best to accommodate visits. If that wasn't great enough the price is here are incredibly affordable! I feel prices here are very reasonable and the staff here is very transparent with the bill. I didn't really feel that they were trying to upcharge me or sell me on plans. I had Dr Lee who was very courteous and patient and took his time explaining how the exam went with my dog. I really enjoyed my visit BCPH and I will likely be coming back.

Dr. Lee and Dr. Nguyen truly care about your pet and give amazing service. They are not after your money they explain everything very thoroughly. Love this office!

The hospital is very clean and they follow all the protocol for c19 so you feel safe for your self and your pet. The staff are very nice.

I take my pet there for veterinarian service and the staff are great with your pets medical needs.

Spayed my puppy here and Dr. Lee was great at answering all my questions! She was fully vaccinated and out to play in no time! The staff is always happy to me see my puppy ???? and i am grateful they seem excited as soon as we arrive. Bcph is the best!

They have taken great care of my little girl! Huge relief when faced with a pet emergency. Attentive, patient, thorough & the staff are super sweet! I most appreciate their safety measures in place while still operating and caring for pets.

Dr. Wong cared for my Boston terriers for over 20 years until I left SF in 2011. He was compassionate and gentle with all my dogs. I was fortunate that they all had a long healthy life, thanks to Dr. Wong! I wish him a joyful retirement!!

Great team and great care

We have been going to blue Cross pet hospital for a few years now and we really like it. They are a home-y environment that to some may look less professional, but the doctor are really great and we never had an issue. We go the for regular checkups and dental cleanings, which are also more affordable than in other places!

Pet care comes first and they won't recommend stuff your pet doesn't need just so they can hand you a large bill. They are fair and very kind people. We love Dr. Faber! All of our family uses this vet's office. I highly recommend them!

The vet is great, but the staff makes it very difficult to get anything done. Every time I have needed to make an appointment or call, the busy signal is on and lasts for hours. I can't even leave a message! They also lost my dog's stool sample.

Dr O'Conner likes to make MONEY She insists on seeing a 19 yr old cat that should be dead so she can get herself a new purse...its the " humane" thing to do. This place has gone down hill fast after the good , smart and ethical doctors have left. Find yourself a vet that is cares about a pet and not "Annual dollar " making visit.
