iPet Grooming San Dimas, California

Owners are kind even with my very nervous dogs. Price is A+ and cuts are always immaculate. Also the turn around time is amazing 1.5 hours sometimes even less which is impressive.

Went here for the first grooming for my 4 month old labradoodle. Owner was very nice and informative. Price is very reasonable in my opinion and no surprise charges. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Love this place. They are great with my pup Nibbles. He has been coming for years. He always comes out looking like a new dog. Now my new dog Azul (cattle dog) is coming for basic wash & nail trimming.

I have been taking my pup to ipetgrooming for almost a year and we are both very pleased with their gentle, quick service. My maltipoo is sensitive toward having his face and ears touched, but the staff at ipetgrooming are always able to give him a beautiful face trim and carefully note the details of how I prefer his hair cut. Their pricing is fair, they have a good range of availability (I book his appointments 7-8 weeks in advance) and the two staff members who I always interact with are very kind and respectful. We've had some rough grooming experiences in the past at other locations so I'm relieved to have found a place we both enjoy. Thank you, ipetgrooming!

They did a wonderful job with my baby Scarlett! Me and my dog are so happy with her new summer cut. She’s feeling a lot more active and happy with her new hair do. Love this place..have brought my dog here a few times already and everytime he comes out looking so handsome. Highly recommended.

We take our dogs there once a month and they are very good. Our dogs leave happy and looking good. They also will brush you dogs mouth for a small fee. They will get your dog in and out fairly quickly, but they are honest about time and will do their best to accommodate as best they can.

Today I had a horrible experience at this grooming place. I never had a grooming place whose staff/owner is rude and unprofessional. I walked into the store and saw a guy sitting down playing on his phone. He asked me if I have an appointment. I said yes. I booked an appointment set for today early in the morning for my two medium size dogs for only him to verbally refuse and aggressively tell me that he didn't want to groom my dogs for an unrealistic reason. In fact, I took my day off today to get my dogs groomed for the summer. This is my second time at this place since it opened at least a year ago. They are never open when they are said to be scheduled according to their hours of business. The first time I went to get my dogs groomed at this place, the groomer did a horrible job when he didn't even trim my dog's ears and tail properly. Horrible job. So being a resident here in San Dimas, CA for over 20 years I like to support local small business but they just lost a great customer. Instead of the owner/staff to attempt to communicate with me into the reason why he just refuses and gave me a mad look leaving me with no choice but to walk out. As a result, now my dogs are left with not being groomed and me taking another day off to get my dog groomed. I would not recommend this pet grooming to anyone. I give 0 stars.

I went this ipet grooming last Thursday with my Teddy baby and I feel the groomers there are very friendly and professional. They did ear cleaning and nail trimming in a value package and grooming my baby for one hour. My baby's hair was so smooth after they grooming. They are the best groomers that I have and I would recommend this to my friends.

As a retired groomer/owner of a grooming shop, I give IPET a ....10++++. They also groom CATS!!! Hard to find in our neighborhood. Recomendé highly. Reasonable prices for their excellence ????????????????????. I will be a loyal customer. Highly recommend
