DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC!! I do not usually write bad reviews but this Animal hospital sure deserve one! I brought my 8 year old dog to her annual vaccine. After waiting outside of the clinic due to their COVID protocol for about 45 minutes I called to check in, I was told there was an emergency and the technician had to go help out, and my dog should be out shortly. about 15 more minutes I got a call from the actual doctor telling me there was an issue, when the technician was on her way to bring my dog out she got out of her collar and ran OUTSIDE of the clinic! Apparently they spent good 30 minutes trying to chase her down without calling me or letting me know that my dog is on the loose!!!! They said they tried calling me but I can easily prove a single incoming call from the doctor only after she was caught. To my understanding she getting away was the emergency! She also told me that my dog hurt her leg on the chase and she treated it (complimentary oh wow thanks...) Obviously I walked inside the clinic very upset, one of the staff was ready to kick me out while yelling at me that being inside is against their COVID protocols. I was not wearing a mask because CDC regulation does not require so (fully vaccinated) but apparently they can make up their own rules. My requests to get my dog from the back was repeatedly ignored, and the staff member was inches away from me ready to through punches!!! I was never treated like that by any provider, especially not one that I need to trust when I leave my loved pets with. They lied to me about trying to reach me, they lied to me about the emergency, And I'm sure they lied to many more clients only because our pets cannot testify otherwise! STOP USING THIS CLINIC OR YOUR PETS WILL BE NEXT!!

People there are nice, & this issue is about more than this 1 business, but honestly bill for recommended services was x10 what it is in other countries...had to choose between treating my aging cat for crazy amounts of money or save the money and sacrifice her time here on Earth. These types of decisions should not be allowed in our health care system, note that my gripes are more with political and business leaders, especially insurance lobby, but tbh this business is complicit in their own way too. Sad, literally. Couldn't help but shed tears when I found out I couldn't afford keeping my cat healthy. The photo isn't of clinic, it's just me and her

Towne Centre Animal Hospital really cares for pets. They loved my dog and would always come out and say hi if they saw him walk by. There were a couple of times I brought my dog here for travel and they were persistent in retiring several years prior to approving pet flight. It did feel like we were held over a barrel to get the tests in order to get our papers signed.

I took my cat in because he was losing hair (from over-grooming). Even after I explained that they were indoor cats, they confirmed that there were no signs of fleas, and no skin irritation, the only advice they gave was to give him flea meds to "rule it out" and then come back for a follow-up when that inevitably did nothing. I explained that I was pregnant, and didn't want to spread poison on my cat and in my house unnecessarily. The vet was unsympathetic, and offered no alternatives or insight. Ok top of that, the front desk staff seemed incompetent-- they told me to email vets records (which I did) but then they had no record of them when I arrived, and made me fill out forms again. Also, I had to wait around for 30 minutes in the parking lot after my appointment time had started before they took my cat (during which time they provided no communications) and then they got my phone number wrong, so had to call in several times while my cat was in the office just to see what they were doing. Overall, huge waste of time and money, and my cat is still stress grooming... :((

My cat neutered here, the prices are affordable and the doctors are great!

Unfortunately the level of service and quality has declined significantly since the practice was sold by Dr. Cote. The new business model seems to be get as many in as possible and they do not make time for longstanding customers.

Worst vet ever. Doctors do not do what they say they will do. They never contacted my previous vet and said they will take a skin sample and send it to the lab but never did. The bills never matches to what the doctors say. Everything is "by appointment" because they like to charge a $75 office visit every time and they like their "follow ups" so they can charge another $75 "follow up" fee. Doctor talks and talks but never listens to you, not taking into considerations your thoughts and needs. I am not going back there.

I have seen a lot of positive reviews for this place, and I feel the need to share my experience. Please note we are first time pet owners, so we don't have much experience with vets however, this protocol seems very unprofessional. We brought my new puppy (starting at 8 weeks) here in June. All of this has taken place during the COVID pandemic, but when we scheduled my first appointment I was not told of any of their policies. The system they have in place for COVID-19 involves the pet owner calling the front desk, a vet tech coming out to take the pet and take note of any questions the pet owner has, the vet tech taking your puppy to get examined and then the vet tech returning and filling the pet owner in on what happened. Despite asking to speak to the vet to ask questions, AT NO POINT HAVE EITHER OF US SPOKEN TO A VET, and at this point I do not even know which vet is seeing our dog. One day we will have Dr Cote's name on our invoice for the next appointment and our vet tech says Dr. Tassin said "...". This rubbed us the wrong way the first time we went but we liked our first vet tech, and we persisted through to ensure our puppy got all of her vaccines. Our second major issue with this place is the front office got the timing wrong for one of our DHPP vaccines. At first, they told us we should get one every 3 weeks until she turns 15 weeks. Then, for the third DHPP they scheduled our appointment for 2 weeks out instead of 3, telling us "it really doesn't matter there is not a huge difference between 2 or 3 weeks". So being new pet owners we didn't question it and we went to get her shot. Now at 14 weeks she had her 4th DHPP shot (what we thought would be her last), they told us we need to return in 3 weeks because they want to administer the last shot after 15 weeks. They gave us an extra shot for seemingly no reason other than "there is no harm in getting it" and now they want us to get another. If the original schedule was executed as planned we wouldn't need to pay for an extra shot. I feel that it is very difficult to advocate for your pet when you cannot speak to the vet. These were the major issues we have had, but there are minor issues as well, such as not getting invoices, the vet tech putting our puppy on the ground before outside before she has been fully vaccinated (after telling us not to), and vet techs being short with us in general. Maybe most of these issues are occurring because of COVID-19, however the fact that I have not spoken to the vet, makes me almost question if there is a vet seeing my puppy or if the vet tech is the only one there. EDIT: While this review still holds true with my previous experience, I want to come back and edit this with the positive experiences we have had with this vet. We love the vet tech Shelley and she always remembers our dog and her experience really does show. When we did have an opportunity to speak to Dr. Tassin, it was clear she really cared for our dog and wanted the best for her. I think this place has a lot of heart that they rely on and we have kept coming back even despite a lot of issues from this review. My advice for those reading this is to make sure you do your research before hand and know when to get your dogs vaccines and don't expect you will talk to the vet every time. This is definitely a great vet for experienced owners, but if you are a first time pet owner it is not super ideal.

Best hospital! The doctors and nurse are so lovely! My dog was having nasal discharge for almost an year and she recovers after a dental surgery. When we are doing diagnoses and treatments, all of the doctors and nurse knows her conditions and are so patient and helpful every time we visited!

Today the staff were very helpful in showing us products they recommended and were flexible listening to my concerns. One of the helping doctors came out to discuss everything and gave updates to their recommendation as the testing came back

Went in for vaccines and needed meds for my dogs extreme separation anxiety. The vet refused to prescribe anything and lectured me about how to train my dog better.. mind you I've tried everything! And I just moved here and need something now to calm her so I can go to work... (she usually adjusts fine a month after moving) Also they refuse to send any receipts or documents via email (but they can receive email), highly inconvenient and time consuming to go to the library to scan my documents to send to insurance or anyone else needing paperwork concerning my dog.

The staff there are absolutely incredible. They are patient with all my animals that I bring there (rabbit and cats), and make sure I have all of my questions and concerns addressed. They even called back a few days after my visits to see how my animals are doing. I highly recommend them!!

I made an appointment here for my dog after seeing the great reviews on google and had a terrible experience. When making the appointment I gave the front desk my old vets information for pet history and filled out some paper work and emailed them back. Day of the appointment I came and the front desk checked me in and had me wait 30 mins outside ( due to covid ), then called me in and asked me to fill out the same paper work I had already sent and also asked me if I can give my dogs old vets info for pets history AGAIN. In total I waited about one hour and got nothing done. No one apologized for the mix up, no thanks for being patient. I let them know that I had been waiting outside for an hour for something that was supposedly done before and they said okay and I left. Didn’t actually receive vet service here but the front office was rude and unorganized.

The folks at Vote are wonderful. They are honest, caring and tell you prices up front so you can make decisions. They also have always called to check up on my kitties after they had any problems and needed to be seen. Multiple times I have also had small questions or issues and they would give me free suggestions and advice over the phone. I love Cote and take my pets there exclusively. Thank you Cote!

Dr Cote is amazing! She is very friendly, gentle, and accepting of all pets, and knows her stuff. Even though she sees my pets only once a year, she always remembers them, and even me! Dr. Cote will be my family's vet for as long as she remains in practice, even with living 30 minutes away from her clinc. Yeah, she is that awesome!!

A very caring veterinary office. Dr.Cote really cares about her patients. I also forgot to add that my dog Melody isn't afraid to go into her office and has always been treated with care. Your animals will always let you know if you are taking them to the right vet.
