It was my first time having cat sitter and I couldn’t have better experience! Kluska spent over 2 months with Natasha and honestly she had a time of her life. Natasha kept me updated daily, sending videos and photos of Kluska, giving me a peace of mind while being abroad. Believe me, it’s not easy to leave your beloved pet with a stranger for that long. She helped Kluska feel comfortable with new surroundings and kept her entertained all the time (she even had a cat TV!). Natasha went above and beyond when Kluska got sick - took her to the vet, administrate drugs, etc. I’m not even sure, I’d noticed that fast that there’s something wrong with Kluska. Natasha is warm, friendly and what’s most important, very professional. She’d do everything to make your kitty happy, safe and loved. Don’t even hesitate to leave your cat with her. Natasha you're THE BEST! This was my first time using a cat sitter so of course I was nervous about how my kitties would do but I couldn't be more satisfied. When Natasha came over to meet my kitties for the first time, they took to her immediately so I knew they'd be in good hands. She provided services exactly like she said she would, she honored the times requested, and she sent me daily updates with spectacular photos, videos, how much they ate, and used their litter box. I felt at complete ease and I trust and recommend her services 100%!

We've been searching for a cat sitter like Natasha and Tabby Manor for a long time. We have a senior cat with diabetes who requires twice daily testing and injections. Coupled with the fact that we must travel a lot, finding a professional and trained cat sitter who can deal with our cats' needs has been difficult. Over the past six months, Natasha has cared for our cats numerous times. Through each visit, Natasha has proven to be an effective, professional, caring, and trustworthy sitter. We love the pictures and detailed notes she gives us about each visit. Natasha has extensive experience in the veterinary field, and we trust her judgement about the health of our cats. Plus, the cats love her! We have another younger cat who doesn't warm up to outsiders easily. Very quickly, the younger cat adopted her as her own. We had the best experience with Natasha from Tabby Manor! I was nervous to leave our 2 cats and 2 foster cats, but the detailed reports and amazing photos 100% calmed my nerves while out of town. I looked forward to the updates and photos after each visit - she even ensured that everyone got playtime with their favorite toy. Additionally, 1 of our foster cats is terrified of humans, and Natasha was able to pet her on her first visit, so she clearly is a cat whisperer!

We were anxious about leaving our diabetic cat and our other high-maintenance cat because of the complexities of insulin administration and other meds—but we found Natasha and she completely put our minds at ease. She was professional, thorough, and sent updates confirming the amount of medication administered and the amount of food the cats ate, as well as details about litter box contents which helps track their health. The updates also included many photos of the cats getting some love! She also went above and beyond by opening and closing the blinds everything morning & evening, turning on the porch light, just the little things you worry about when you leave your house for a period of time. She even offered to water the plants and take the trash out to the street when we take a longer trip. While we were on our drive home we were stopped at a standstill on the interstate due to a 16-car accident, and it became clear we wouldn’t make it home in time to feed the kitties and administer their meds—so I reached out to Natasha (suuuuper last-minute) to see whether she might be able to run by one last time while we sat panicking on the highway. She was responsive and did indeed make it over to take care of them after she finished up with another visit. We were super grateful for her willingness to swing by with basically no notice (although this was a special circumstance—please note that you have to actually book her services online in advance)! All of this being said, we will continue to have Natasha take care of our precious babies anytime we are away!

Natasha was absolutely amazing! She spent so much time with our cats, and checked in frequently with adorable pictures. She handled our timid older cats flawlessly, and gave them the love, attention, and patience they needed. She noticed when one of our guys was having separation anxiety and did everything in her power to make him feel better, and it worked! I will be using her for all of my future trips, there is no one else I’d rather use or trust. Her rates are fantastic (she honestly should be charging more for the amount of time she spent with our boys) and she’s a vet tech, which is just the cherry on top.
