This was my first time ordering and I'm blown away not only by the products, but their customer service. I'm transitioning our girl to a more natural way of eating and I came across this site from someone that shared in a raw feeding group. I placed and order and it arrived quickly. I gave my girl a taste and she was so excited to want to try everything. I know they recommend feeding one at a time over a period of time, but we did a small taste test. I couldn't believe how excited she was to want to eat everything when earlier that day I gave her a piece of raw cow neck bone and she didn't want anything to do with it. She has been eating ground beef in various animal kinds. I'm excited to use these treats to help her transition and encourage her to eating better. I am a little unsure of the cow ear with all the fur on it that one will have to be done outside away from the house lol ???? but I'm sure she'll love that too. I also had to cancel my box due to travels and they worked with me on the membership that allows me to order as I need. I was a little annoyed that there was no cancelation option on her website, but all I did was send a message in their chat and within 5 min someone responded to me at 9pm central time which worked out better as I was able to get a different option. I look forward to buying more items from them and keeping my girl happy, healthy and entertained.

The treats are incredible, as well as stellar customer service. I love this company and look forward to supporting them in the future.

There is no way to purchase a trial box of treats. If you subscribe, , the company will take payment for the second box without warning, and leave you no opportunity to have the money refunded. I felt very violated. The customer service people are not particularly friendly, or helpful. When I contacted them( in writing only, via text, messenger or email) immediately upon discovering that another $54 dollars was taken from my bank account 24 days after my first purchase, and without warning, I was told that my money was not refundable, and that their service is subscription only. Although, they were kind enough to cancel all future purchases .

Nice people work at Real Dog box, they have been very helpful and my order has been sent to me very fast. Love it, I will be ordering soon. Thanks ????

Obsessed with these treats! Made with human grade ingredients and no added chemicals or gross stuff. We got the 3 treat and 3 chew box and it lasts pretty much the whole month! Our last box had two air dried wild boar ears, with hair! A little gross lol but our dog was absolutely ecstatic (he was literally prancing) and it's got so many benefits.

Something seriously wrong happened to this company. They have always boasted their "SINGLE INGREDIENT and UNPROCESSED" meat... But, after a little research, many people have found that they used 3D meats aka DENATURED MEAT (If you don't know what that is, please Google it) How am I sure? Well, the CEO confirmed it on social media. My God. We've been paying for Dead, Dying and Diseased meat....this whole...time. I don't even wonder why my dog was always having diarrhea, loose stools and generally not herself. Read before you buy, folks. I've since been sourcing and making my own treats, chews, skins, marrow bones. Live & Learn.

My pup is so excited when she receives her monthly box in the mail! As instructed, I started out small with 1 treat a day for the first week, as she was still transitioning to raw meat. I like to soak and soften the pieces in a little warm water on top of her nightly dinner, she digs through the kibble to find the pieces! But her absolute favorite are the meatballs that were thrown in for free with our first order. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a little piece of mind on what they are feeding their pup! The fun packaging and feeding cards are also very much appreciated for the humans, keep it up Real Dog team!

After consuming a Real Dog Box turkey wing chew my dog ended up at the ER vet for just over 24 hours. Less that 16 hours after consuming the chew my dog developed severe diarrhea, started throwing up shards of bone, and then became so uncomfortable that she would cry every time she moved. At the ER vet she received IV fluids, IV pain meds, and multiple sets of X-rays to assure the chew wasn’t causing a blockage or that the shards and splinters of bones were not perforating her bowels. Real Dog Box has always assured their customers that their chews do not shard or splinter yet this is what I experienced. The company responded to me in a way that I felt was flippant and then proceeded to attack other customers. In my opinion, they have acted and continue to act belligerent anytime someone questions their products and/or their process. They have also since admitted that their chews do indeed splinter yet their packaging and social media posts always said otherwise. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I would hate to see more dogs injured by their products and their incorrect advertising.

Some of their chews are really not good or safe for dogs - either too hard, not meant to be fed all at once or something that shouldn't be fed "air dried" at all. My dog broke a tooth and I have heard of others having complications from bone shards in their system. Stay away from the lamb femur and turkey wings for sure. We have been customers for over a year and overall my dogs loved the chews but I will be canceling my subscription. Feed with caution.

I love everything about The Real Dog Box! The customer service is so helpful and the quality of the dog treats and chews are superb! I love how educational and informative Ruby and the team are, it makes for a wonderful and unique experience, not only for me but also my dog (haha). We have upgraded to the top tier box and will continue to support this small yet amazing business!

Absolutely would not buy from this company after all the people that have come forward sharing their horrific stories about how their dog almost died or sharing pictures of super moldy treats that are still sealed in it’s original package. Also how they are handling everything is super embarrassing and unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend

I absolutely love Real!! I have had so many issues with getting Pebbles to be interested in her food. She's got to be the only dog in the world not food motivated. I have been so happy with the success we are having with using Real Dog Box treats for meal toppers. And don't get me started on the chews. Pebbles and I are obsessed with the quality of the chews and treats. I recommend to any dog owner that takes their dog's health and happiness seriously! Their customer service is superb! Just try for yourself and see. You'll never buy those other treats again with 30 ingredients in them!

So if it cutesy, preservative laden dog treats made to look like beef bones are what you’re after, stick to shopping at your local super market. But...if you’d feel better giving your dog a natural-as-they-come snack, order from this company. Granted, some of the treats may startle at first (conjure up the image of a beef aorta and you’ll get me) but it’s the real deal folks and my dog for one, loves it. And lastly, one might think you’d pay a cow arm or leg (sorry, could not resist) but nope. It’s only 23 bucks a month. Heck, I’ve paid that much for a super-sized bag of starchy vegetation and received the disdainful look from my dog. That never happens with the Real Dog Box treats. Never.

My dog gets so excited when she gets treats and we're only on box two! I caved and got the super chew and she goes looking for it every day. Her teeth look better, she seems happier, the ingredients are nutritious and simple (one-ingredient only), and the customer service has been great! What more can you ask for in a company?! Thank you, Real Dog Box!

My dog is not a picky eater and would not eat most of the items. When he did eat an item, he had the runs. Do not buy from them.

I used to work here months back for a short while; I'm grateful for the opportunity given to me especially as odd as 2020 has been. My employment here helped me get through the shutdowns and helped me move on to better places. Great product, decent people. Owners are older than me but are still young, learning on the go. They lift people up who need it, just like I did. Order online, and avoid visiting the actual location at all costs. Due to the Navy base and the Edco, this street is full of trafficked sex workers, deadbeats and drug addicts. You'll see some strange things if you hang out long enough!????

Received and finished my first Real Dog Box. My dogs did enjoy the items. It is a decent price for single ingredient treats. I felt that the items did not last long enough and the labels of light, medium, and heavy chews are tremendously misleading; as each item only lasted a minute or so. We purchased this box in hopes of keeping our dogs busy during down time, but the products were not long lasting or durable.

This business has changed how I feed my dog. They are always open to help with not just questions about their own products, but feeding raw in general. My dog loves all the chews he gets.

My 15 year old cattle dog, Liza is new to raw food and these real dog chews have already drastically improved her oral health! I would recommend these high-quality treats and chews to anyone and everyone that wants to provide the best for their dogs!

I have a boxer pup with some sensitive skin and a chicken allergy. I always am trying to find the healthiest treats for her because boxers are prone to heart issues. I found RDB and am NEVER going anywhere else! I LOVE THEM!! The chews and treats are all real meat and food that is air dried. My dog is obsessed! She goes crazy when we get our monthly box. We started with a chew only box and added the super chew but we now have upgraded to the chews and treats bag! This is a family owned company which makes me love them even more and you can watch them cut the meat on their IG page. I also love that you can text them...yes, text them to change or ask anything!!!

I've only gotten two of their boxes in the past. My dog will eat ANYTHING! He didn't care for half the products in the two boxes. He wouldn't eat some of the chews. I tried to give the chews to my dads dogs, guess what they wouldn't eat them. I took that as a sign if three dogs didn't want to eat their products lol. Know after seeing how they run their business I'm glad I didn't keep getting their boxes. I do not recommend this company!

We recently received our first Real Dog Box and all three of my dogs loved it. There was a variety of treats and they all came with an info card, which was great. I will definitely purchase one again - especially for the harder chews - they loved them!

Just received my first box and my dogs are beyond thrilled! It’s so fun to include some of the treats on top of their daily meals or give them a chew to get through. Never have I seen a dog with so few teeth get through a duck foot so fast! Loved this box, and can’t wait for the next one!

Quality is impeccable. My dogs go WILD for their goodies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality treats for their dog(s). My dogs teeth have gotten cleaner since they've been regularly munching on Real Dog treats!

We have only gotten 1 box so far and we are so in love!!! We are subscribed to BarkBox and we love all the toys and treats but RealDog is so much more amazing in the treat department. Usually treats for dogs are “insert meat type here flavored”. But these chews and treats are the real thing. The duck heads didn’t have the best smell but my fur babies gobbled them right down. The next box is shipping any day and I can’t wait to see what new goodies are in store!!

We love these boxes! I think it’s very adorable and even often add an extra bag of medium or super chews. Online customer service has also been very helpful. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Real Dog Box from them, and everything was wonderful. I love the variety of treats and everything was packaged nicely, with little cards explaining each item. The people I have spoken with are very friendly and quick to respond to my emails and texts. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their pets happy. I'm including a pic of my little one enjoying a duck head. And yes, it's as gross as it sounds. Lol

We love Real Dog Box! Real, whole foods meant for dogs. Our dog loves the treats and they keep her occupied and "brush" her teeth. Real Dog Box has great customer service - you can send a text and they answer you quickly! They also post to social media a lot with videos of their work so you can see what's going into the treats!

Love these treats and chews! I've been more conscious of the foods and treats I feed my dog and after researching many different companies and how they prepare their food, Real Dog Box checked all my boxes. I love that we get a variety with each box, that everything is natural, and that there are descriptions that go along with every treat so I don't need to wonder about what it is or how to give it. Absolutely recommend!
