I have been to this groomer a few times now. The man who runs it is rude and extremely unprofessional. The groomers do a great job but I will no longer put up with his behavior. The last time my dog was groomed I was told two hours by the groomer. Four hours later I get a message back saying he was done and the kennels were full so I needed to come get him asap. I was there in 30min cause it takes me that long to get there. The man told me that he would appreciate it if I could have gotten here sooner. For real. You’re two hours late. I was so upset that I paid and left. Then a couple of months went by and I wanted to book an appointment for January. I texted and got a sorry we are booked. Ok. Well I am not trying to get him in soon. Which his reply was computers down. I am gonna take my dog somewhere else. Good luck with this one.

Love this place! My dog isn't the easiest on dog groomers and they do a great job on him every single time. Thank you guys for allowing me to have a place that I feel comfortable leaving my dog.

The nails were not done well and I brought them to another nearby store and they did it for free.. But as far as customer service goes this place is great. They really care for pets and fur babies.

These folks are professional, affordable and caring to my nervous pooch. They knew exactly what cut he needed and met all my requests. Can't go wrong.

I LOVED this groomer. I'm new to the area and saw some good reviews so I booked an appointment, but they really did an amazing job. Very responsive. Very attentive and caring groomers. My Golden is pretty anxious, but the groomer sat down with her and assured me they would give her plenty of cuddles. I was amazed at how good she looked for the price as well! This is the FIRST time a de-shedding treatment has actually worked, so I think they spent a lot of time making sure of that. Looking forward to many more visits!

Family- run business, very nice people who do good work.

I used to take my Shih Tzu, Chai, here. She got the cutest cuts and they took really good care of her. She had a skin problem and, while they obviously couldn't fix that, they gave her the perfect cut so that we could and she wasn't distressed or hurt by the grooming. I very highly recommend them for any of your grooming needs regardless of your dog's breed. They're just fantastic! :)

My doggy is a small Maltese with long coat. Carmen at Preferred by Pets did a great job grooming her. I appreciated that Carmen took her time with my little girl. I am very pleased and I recommend this grooming studio highly.

Love preferred by pets! More importantly the furries love it too. They always look so good when they come home.

They do a great job, little pricey. But they are quick and respond quickly.

I found this groomer a few years back and we haven't gone anywhere else since. Our dog is cared for, cleaned, groomed and happy when we pick him up. He loves the staff!

I've literally been coming here for 15 years. They always groom the dogs very well. Great customer service and super friendly. I love that I can text with them to book the appointments and also they text when dogs are completed.

Out of all groomers I have tried over the years- Preferred By Pets was totally a different experience. Very friendly, accommodating, attention to detail, progressional and excellent value. I highly recommend.

Wonderful place. They asked me the right questions about my dog which showed me that they really care. I only had nails trimmed because my dog is so small and they gave me excellent advice on how to bathe her well. They did a super job at keeping her nails trimmed at a nice price and didn’t flinch when my little scaredy-cat dog accidentally pooped! Great team and very kind people.

They get to know the dogs and how they react. We tried other groomers but quickly came back here. Our dog has sensitive feet and they take great care.

Ashley grooms our teacup Yorkie and does a fantastic job. Other groomers at other shops have told me she's the best at these little dogs. Preferred by Pets has also been really flexible on scheduling (even when she was busy and I was really late).

This is the ONLY groomer I'll take my golden retrievers to. This place is 5-stars across the board. I could go on and on but the Staff are really what make this place special. The staff actually care about your pets, take the time to make sure the pet is comfortable/not stressed, and my dogs love going there. I highly recommend!!

They are amazing!! Sunny is so great with Mila, I ask for her every time. I love they call me ahead to let me know when she will be done so she can be picked up the second she’s done. Sunny really listens and asks questions to get exactly the look we are going for.
