I’ve been coming to Point Loma Pet Pantry for the last 4 years. First, the staff is amazing and super helpful in selecting the best options for your pet. Products are great quality, as well as the treat options. Look forward to seeing everyone when I pick up my dog’s goodies. Highly recommend you pay them a visit!

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, its seriously impressive. What we love is that they will always offer natural products. Come here for the newest, best products in raw and air-dried Ziwi and such. And im not going to include and complaints, as i feel it would be nit picking and taking away from what truly matters. Its a great little store. 5 starts. You won't find another like it in SD.

I love this local pet shop! I try to come in as often as possible since I live nearby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The one time I brought my dog in, they gave him so many treats! They stock a variety of raw food options for dogs. A lot of the raw products they carry are pre-ground patties or grinds. I wish they would offer more of a variety of raw meaty bones, but there are usually a few good options. I love the selection of freeze dried single ingredient treats as well. They also have supplements which makes it a one stop shop for me when I need to stock up on goodies for my dog. They also have a rewards program which is just your name and phone number (no annoying emails at all) where you accrue points for buying certain items. They also carry bone broth and goat milk which are two things I buy for my dog often.

This is the best place to get good quality pet food.

I’ve always had great experiences here buying dog food and supplies. The people that work there are so kind and helpful. My dog is always thrilled to come in and get treats and they carry a great selection of high end lightly cooked and raw food.

My neighbor told me about Pet Pantry - claiming their prices were better than Petco and Pet Smart and she was right! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and big hearted - my dog Luna is showered with love and treats whenever we visit. They don't waste their space pushing low quality pet food, instead they offer many options of canned food and kibble as well as raw, fresh and frozen food. They have great choices of dog treats - the best bully stick prices around! They also offer products to keep our pets clean, flea free, and staying healthy, along with collars and leashes for all sizes. I am so happy to promote this great local store...

When I asked if they offered vegan/vegetarian dog food, they arrogantly responded. Unfortunately, will not return or recommend. :(

I cannot rave about a business enough! I always feel welcomed when I walk in. The staff is very knowledgeable and has given me FANTASTIC advice on multiple occasions. They stock the high quality dog food (raw and kibble) and treats (frozen goat milk is my dog's favorite).

I am a regular here and love it! They have rewards programs for certain products like the dog food I buy and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions about transitioning to a raw diet for our pups.

My cat loves the food I buy here. Everyone who works here is really nice and I feel like they have my pet's best interest at heart.

I’m from Texas but I walked by the point Loma pet pantry today with my puppy and we went in and got a couple of treats for her and they were so sweet and gave her a bunch of love and a few extra treats make sure to support local business the owners here are very kind

Great pet store! The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store. It has a large variety of dry, wet and raw food options. My 13 year old dog has never been healthier.

I love this store and my dog loves this store. She always gets treated like royalty even if she’s barking and being rude. I was reading some of the other reviews and one complained about Maryrose. She’s amazing and my dog loves her too. She’s one of the few people my pup will accept treats from so that’s saying something. Anyways love all the staff, love the quality products and love the competitive prices. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Mary Rose is the rudest employee ever. I’ve been shopping here for a little over a year and her attitude has never changed. She is not pleasant whatsoever. It’s unfortunate because the other employees are very polite and welcoming.

Great place for all your dog's needs!!! Owner and staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place.
