Very poor explanation of what “emergency procedures” are. After I asked the question of what “emergency procedures” are? She responded with “oh we are going into emergency procedures and won’t be available till 11”. That did not answer my question, it did not explain what emergency procedures are. Very short with me. Very disappointed, I would not recommend, they seem incompetent.

I have never been to this location, but a couple weeks ago my 14-1/2 year old Yorkie swallowed a muffin wrapper. The lady who answered the phone was professional understanding and gave me perfect instructions on how to help my dog at home. Happy to say he is doing fine and I have added petsurg to my contacts and put their info on my fridge. Just in case... ty

Dr Jones is amazing. Excellent service. They explained everything from a to z. We brought Luna in for a broken leg surgery and after 2 months she is up and running like nothing ever happened. Thank you guys for being there for us.

The staff here works overtime to take care of pets, who they all very obviously care deeply for. They were the only vet office upfront about their price, and were very helpful every step along the way. Miraculously they also ended up also being the cheapest vet. Dr. Jones is highly competent and professional. She has taken care of our six dogs emergency needs for almost 10 years (Chihuahua Coyote attack, two complicated knee operations, teeth extractions, etc.). Her staff is friendly and does a good job following up after you take your pet home. She is our "go to" practitioner for emergency pet needs.

My pup and I really love the staff at ER4Pets. Everyone was helpful, sincere, and pleasant. We felt at ease during examination and my dog seemed fond of them even after staying overnight with them for the first time. The doctor made sure to explain their process of treatment and walked me through the items on my bill. They even emailed me a copy of my bill for insurance purposes. I definitely recommend ER4pets and will keep them in mind if puppy has any issues in the future.

Unfortunately had to have a kitten euthanized. The care and compassion plus the sympathetic follow up was really special. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at this emergency clinic with my dog. He was bit by another dog and needed to have surgery. He was kept overnight and released to me with instructions and medicine. I returned to have his bandage removed and will return again to have the stiches removed.

I highly recommend giving this place a try for your pets! They treat your pet (in my case English Bulldog) like family. I took my dog here for major surgery and they charged me $1800, where elsewhere it was $8,000. Nobody likes paying for untimely hospital vet bills, but I'd rather pay them here!

My dog had a luxating patella, meaning the kneecap moves out of place. I waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure she completly healed. She is doing fine and shows no sign of pain. Thank you Dr. Jones!

I've been here a couple of times, both for emergency situations for my budgies. Please note: they don't treat birds, but were willing to do so because it was an emergency situation, which is more than I can say about some of the "bird" vets we've gone to in the past. Their vets and staff were very accommodating and affordable and did a good job helping our little budgies. When we lost one of our dear budgie friends recently, we received a wonderful memorial to her including a "celebration of life", a small packet of forget me not flower seeds, and a nice card with hand written condolences from the staff. They also helped us with the cremation paperwork and services. I'm really glad that we found them. It feels good to have a 24 place where you can take your friend/pet where the staff really care.

Even though they were unusually busy on the holiday morning, they took the time to explain to us all the steps that were going to be taken throughout, and kept us updated, during our visit with our dog. And we got out of there for a lot less $ than I thought it was going to be.

I had a great experience with my pup at this emergency pet hospital. I am grateful for their expertise and super customer service! It feels so good to know they are there and close to my home if I ever need them for my 3 pups!

I recently took my dog Lacey to ER4Pets for congestive heart failure. I really did not think Lacey was going to survive the rest of the day. But Dr. Jones swooped in a performed her magic and I have my wonderful pup with me today only because of her expertise and knowledge in emergency care. Dr. Jones and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and so compassionate with our Norwegian Elkhound who needed to have a toe amputated due to a cancerous growth. Dr. Jones put us at ease immediately, after 3 previous consultations where we weren't feeling comfortable with proceeding. She called daily to check up on our sweet boy after the procedure and was available for our many questions. I bought my dog Jaz Jupiter here on a few occasions. Everyone was helpful and professional. They got us taken care of quickly and with professionalism and compassion. I always get a follow up phone call to check on Jaz and see if I have any questions. They are open 24 hours and are available to answer questions. I highly reccomend them.

Dr. Jones and the entire staff at ER for pets is fantastic. I brought in the Labrador "Tiger" with the ear infection issue. The ER staff responded almost immediately to evaluate Tiger's problem and started to work on it as soon as possible. The service is QUICK and the PRICE is reasonable.
