The team at Peaceful Waters were very professional and compassionate when I called them about services for our family Chihuahua. We ordered some extras on top of private aquamation that included some paw casts and skull preservation. Both the casting and skull preservation came out beautifully and I’m so happy to have these as a way to honor and remember our little Zuki.

Tanya, Christine and Emily were so thoughtful and caring. They made saying goodbye to our beloved Smoochy loving and special. We have already shared our experience with several friends. We recommend Peaceful Waters to anyone who loves their loving pet.

The staff at Peaceful Waters are professional, courteous, and warm to your heartbreak. They took such good care of my 14 year old English Mastiff, Charlie Brown. He is absolutely resting in peace now. Thank you Peaceful Waters!

When Missy Miss, our rescue Chihuahua, pass away unexpectedly, our family was so happy to have Peaceful Waters Aquamation take care of her remains versus having the traditional cremation. Emily @ Peaceful Waters Aquamation answered all of our questions and helped us throughout the Private Aquamation process. When we returned to pick up Missy Miss, we were impressed with the lovely cylinder container as well as the ceramic paw print & fur in a bottle. We have 3 Pugs remaining in our home and look forward in having Peaceful Waters Aquamation take care of our fur-babies when the time comes.

I want to highly recommend the services of Peaceful Waters. I have used them 3 times. The first (2/2020) was pre-pandemic and they picked up my pet from the vet’s office following euthanasia. The second was during the during the pandemic (12/2020); we had in-home euthanasia and the Peaceful Water staff arrived within minutes following euthanasia. The 3rd time (5/21) we also used in-home euthanasia but we dropped off our pet to Peaceful Waters. Each encounter was a very positive one in a very difficult time. The staff is knowledgeable, sweet and compassionate, and I believe aquamation is a gentler and more environmentally-friendly option to cremation. It takes special people to do what they do. The on-line process is easy and the prices are not unreasonable. I will continue to utilize their services in the future..though hopefully not soon.

Going through the death of my Petey was undeniably one of the worst times of my life. Peaceful Waters was with me through every step of the process. They were so caring and understanding. They let me handle everything at my own pace. They took a terrible situation and made it as smooth as possible. If you find yourself in this type of situation they are who you want helping you to say goodbye to your beloved fur baby.

Peaceful Waters is a great place for your pet cremation ! The process is definitely preferable to regular cremation. The people there are very caring, respectful, and understanding of your situation. They take wonderful care of your precious pet and I felt completely at ease. Also the pricing was good for what I received. Best wishes to this establishment and the caring workers there!

Every encounter I had with the team at Peaceful Waters was exceptional! Phone calls, emails, and in person, they showed deep compassion for my loss and were very patient when I couldn’t speak for sobbing. I highly recommend this service when the time comes.

Our sweet kitty Magic was diagnosed with Mammary Cancer which metastasized into her lungs rapidly. We lost her less than a month after finding out. During her decline the vet we had taken her to told us when we were ready we could have her put down & they would have her cremated. To the tune of $287 & we wouldn't even get her back unless we paid an additional $170. She passed away on her own at home one evening. I called the vet back & was quoted $178 to have her cremated with no return. Of course all these charges came on top of the almost $1000 we had already paid just for the tests to get the diagnosis. So I started checking around. The first place I called was cold & strictly business. Charging $350 plus $10 more to have her returned to me via usps mail. The lady didn't even express sympathy until the end of the call when I said I'd let her know if we were interested. Peaceful waters was my third call, it was still early morning & I got voice-mail. I figured I'd just call back after they opened. Not 10 minutes later I received a call back from Tonya apologizing for missing my call. I explained the situation & she immediately expressed her sympathy for my loss. She explained the services they offered & what my options were. After speaking to my husband we decided this was the best decision for our sweet girl. Tonya offered to come pick up Magic, but I said I could bring her myself & she was available for me to come out immediately that morning. I arrived & it was a completely serene atmosphere. She was very comforting & answered any questions I had. She was gentle & caring with Magic & made me feel at peace with my decision. I was told it could take a week or 2 to receive her back, but was pleasantly surprised when I got a call back within a week. I also requested an ink paw print for a keepsake & to my surprise they didn't do just one, I got 4. I can't say enough wonderful things about Peaceful Waters. At a very difficult time they made things much easier. It made me happy to know that it's also an environmentally friendly process & didn't break the bank! I would recommend them to anyone who loses a pet.

I had never heard of aquamation before researching afterlife options for our precious kitty Shiloh who passed away. I’m very glad I took a moment to research options instead of just taking her body to the vet to send off to some mass cremation company. I really liked the idea that it is so eco friendly, creating 90% less carbon than traditional flame cremation. Tanya at Peaceful Waters was very kind and empathetic when I called to schedule a pickup time. She arrived with a container and made a little bed for Shiloh, tucking her in with a paw print blanket. Shiloh always liked being under blankets. Six days later, I was able to pick up her aquamated remains, which were placed in a biodegradable container. Included in the individual aquamation, I also received a heart-shaped impression of her paw print with her name on it and a little glass vial of her fur that captured all the colors in her beautiful coat — really nice to have those personal items. I plan to put those items inside a shadow box memorial frame. I told them that I also wanted to have a couple of blown glass memorial sun catchers made with her ashes, so they were kind enough to separate a small amount of ash for me in a tiny ziploc baggy that I could use. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend them in the very sad event that you need their service.

My Maltese Poodle passed away all of a sudden and it hit my family hard. Looked up cremation places and all wanted to charge me $400+ just to cremate my little furry family member who weighed no more than 8lbs. Stumbled across Peaceful Waters Aquamation and they sure didn't try to raid my wallet like the other companies. They accommodated my family and furry friend. Had a same day appointment. After getting there for my appointment they had a nice comfortable bed like setup to put my little pup didn't even realize it was a rolling table until the guy Junior rolled her away. They gave my family time to say our final goodbyes and were not in a rush to get us out the door. All in all great price and great service. For the price of cremation and a nice box to put my pup in at other places I was able to get a beautiful urn, an extra set of paw and nose prints, an extra set of paw and nose clay prints in a heart shape. The price of the aquamation included a lock of hair an ink print of nose/paw and a clay print as well. Best service I hope not to need anytime soon!

One of the most difficult decisions of our lives was having to put our sweet Cali to sleep. From the moment we contacted Peaceful Waters, we knew it was the right choice for us. They were so gentle with our baby in the end, and we had her remains back with us within a week and a half, as promised. Their staff is extremely kind and gentle, and it was so appreciated during this difficult time. Highly recommended.

Nothing but good things to say about this place, unfortunately it is always at the worst of times. They were professional and kind from start to finish. I felt so much better knowing that their service is better for the environment than the traditional cremation. I love that they give you a paw print, fur clipping, and even plant a tree in Madagascar. 5 star

It's one of our greatest lost. When our dog KC died. But the staff of peaceful water was very comforting and passionate. Walk us through the process with sympathy and empathy. Great place to find a new place of peace for my dog KC.

From the consultant on the initial phone call, to the welcoming I had when I brought my dog's body, to the communication via email I received throughout the process, to the final ashes/pawprint/fur inside a vile, I have been extremely satisfied with this company. I have told my family and friends and have posted on social media about Peaceful Waters and their incredible product and process. When my next pet passes, I will employ this company again, no doubt.

While I wish no one needed their services, the team at Peaceful Waters took care of our dog Cinnamon and did so with care. They even were willing to let us make payments. I would recommend them to take care of your pet

Aquamation was a concept we knew nothing about when the time came to plan for Roxy’s death. Now, we know a humane way to mindfully spread our pup’s remains back to the earth from which she came. Our Lord provides miraculous ways to take care of the gifts He provides, including our four-legged family members after their death. Dr. Rose and her team were ready when Roxy passed, were kind enough to put the ashes in our provided mason jars, and even kept the tags on their jar to help us remember the joys Roxy provided throughout our lives. Be open-minded and say yes to the paw print Peaceful Waters provides with the aquamation services. We had an at-home kit paw print from Roxy, but the PW print far surpassed our skillset, Thank You!

Dr Rose was genuinely sensitive to my needs and emotional state. She even recognized my other dog’s need to say goodbye to Amigo before we left. In addition her concern for ecology and the purity of the aquamation process speaks to her integrity and leadership within her profession. Her staff was both compassionate and highly efficient.

I highly recommend Dr. Rose and Peaceful Waters. I unexpectedly had to help my 14 yr old toy Poodle, Ricky, transition on July 4th. His vet was closed and I did not want to take him to an unfamiliar scary ER vet. …

After our senior golden retriever passed away, we wanted to cremate her. I loved the eco-friendly concept of peaceful waters aquamation. A rep from Peaceful Waters came to the house to retrieve our dear pup & I was able to order a paw print stamp as little memento to remember her by. Great, kind, efficient service.

I reached out to Peaceful Waters Aquamation when our dog was not doing so well and the terrible day of having to put him down was no longer avoidable. We did not want to bury our dog and the traditional cremation methods seemed harsh plus it required we take our dog to the vet, which he hated. So we did some research and found Peaceful Waters. The experience of putting your dog down is nothing short of terrible for both the dog and your family. However, this company made a terrible day a lot easier. They came to the house, which made all the difference. Our dog was always excited for visitors and Dr. Rose made him feel calm and like this was just another great day full of pets and household visitors. The technicians explained the aquamation process in detail to us. It has a very low environmental impact when compared with traditional cremation methods. Aquamation uses water and alkali instead of fire. I know the dog can't feel anything after death but I really felt better about using water as opposed to fire. This method has a very low carbon foot print and seemed more sustainable. I am typically not someone who writes a review but if the dreaded day comes and you have to chose a place I would recommend Peaceful Waters to anyone.

Losing my beautiful bearded dragon was heartbreaking, but it was also educational. I discovered different ways to memorialize and honor him. The staff at Peaceful Waters Aquamation were genuine and kind. They patiently explained their process and delicately handled both my dragon and me with care. The process is eco friendly, having a low carbon footprint. They are available 7 days a week, timely in returning calls and had my dragon’s remains ready in a week. The little details count as well, such as the presentation of his ashes along with his claw imprints. If you want excellent service in handling your beloved scaled (or fur) baby, this is the place.
