We have been taking our fur-babies to this veterinary clinic for at least 15 years. We love the vets and the care our pets receive. I highly recommend their caring services.

I want to preface this by saying that I have the same conversations about cost when I go to the doctor myself. I've boarded here before and do my dog's vet care here as well. What I like most about this Clinic is I can't afford to spend what it costs for some conditions in one visit. They are very patient with bringing multiple quotes to fit my financial situation and everyone has been very nice and patient. It takes longer and multiple visits which can be costly, but that is the reality with any medical care. I would recommend giving them a chance.

I have been visiting this sweet local vet clinic since 2011 with my pet cat. I have great experience the front desk staff, technicians, Dr. Green and Dr. Klinger. My cat can be challenging, she does hiss and sends a lot of warning to leave her alone. Other worlds she needs patience from the doctor, and luckily we got it from both of them. I highly recommend both Dr Klinger and Dr Green, you can trust both if you looking for amazing care for your furry family members.

If you have an emergency press 1 Me: Presses 1 Oh we are really busy even if you were a regular customer, we don't have appointments for like a month and half. For new clients it's even longer Me: Well, I have looked online and they say my cat could have infection and to see a vet within 48 hours Yeah I don't even know if you will get in to the emergency pet hospitals they are even turning people away. Me: Starts to cry, my 2 year old is in pain, and you are telling me no one can help me. You can try this walk in place but they don't even answer the phone Me: Well thanks for not helping me. Ok bye Now, I sit here crying, not sure what to do for my sick pet, as the person on the other end of the phone seemed joyous that they were so busy and I not going to be able to help my cat feel better. Maybe your automated system should say if you don't currently have a file with us on record, hang up, no matter what we will not help you.

This amazing team has been taking care of my precious angel, Arthur, for the last twelve years. They have always taken the best care of my sweet boy. Today we had to send our baby, Arthur, to the rainbow bridge. Everybody at Mission Valley Pet Clinic was very sad to see Arthur go. We cried together. Our pets are our family. The pets at Mission Valley Pet Clinic are family too. I can't say enough good things about Mission Valley Pet Clinic.

Wonderful, loving care for my doggy for many years

We've only had one vert for three year and have no complaints. Mission Valley Pet Clinic staff is warm and efficient. Our golden retriever has received outstanding care. They got us in very quickly when needed and offered curbside drop off if we had COVID concerns.

Not possible. Dr. Bronstein (hoping I spelled it right) was incredible. Melissa was also amazing and genuinely concerned for my cat. Thank you all for restoring my faith in this clinic. I was on the brink of finding another for my two cats, but the newest vet made me feel so satisfied with the level of care. Thank God Dr. Bivert is gone. I wish her a happy retirement, but my experiences with her and her care were always lacking.

Even though the main reason I like this place is its proximity to my home, the reception, vet techs and doctors are all great! they care about your pets and are very kind and professional.

I've used this clinic for over 20 years for all of my cats. Whether it's just claw trims and routine checkups, or serious stuff like diabetes management, oral surgery, or end of life care, my cats have received great care. Drs. Greene, Klinger, and Bevert are excellent, as are the vet techs, assistants, and office staff. Cats Max, Elvis, Lola, Felix and Ninja haven't cared that the facility isn't fancy and neither should you because the care received is what matters. Oh, and they make sure I get the information and follow up I need to take care of my cats.

They have taken good care of our Russell Terrier Sofia for the last two years and now our new addition Parson Russell Archie. He just had a pleasant introductory visit. He liked them and they liked Archie! We are looking for more face to face with the doctor in the future.

I got a puppy during covid-19 and though it took a while to get my initial appointment (as it was like everywhere else), Mission Valley Pet Clinic was still available to help when some issues occurred like when she got fleas and I needed medication asap. The receptionist and vet techs are so nice and helpful. When I brought my puppy in to get spayed, she was really scared and the tech just sat down with her in the parking lot to comfort her for a while before going inside. I was really touched by how they treated my little girl. I've spoken with both vets (since everything is done with social distancing right now) via the phone for her appointments and then they or a tech do a check-in call several days after for certain issues. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive to what's going on with your dog and offer very helpful advice.

I can't say enough about how wonderful and professional the doctors, technicians, and the staff are at the Mission Valley Pet Clinic. They truly care about animals and improving the quality of their lives. I have always received honest and helpful resources to care for our dogs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vetenarian.
