Great pet spa with good prices

I am very happy with my dogs result I was scared to change groomers But me and my dogs felt very comfortable with ema she asked a bunch of questions to make sure my dogs came out just how I wanted I have an elderly dog who is very hard and a new puppy they came out very happy and I loved that they don't cage unless we request and they have a grooming day plus playdates thank you girls.

I took my dog here today as the Groomer I used to use sold their business. I googled dog groomer near me and this place popped up and I had no idea it was hidden only five minutes away from my house when I used to drive 15 minutes away. Needless to say I was so happy with the outcome. The woman that helped me was very professional and friendly and asked me specifics about how I wanted my dogs haircut. I love that instead of waiting around 4 hours or so she called me back in such a short amount of time and told me my dog was ready. My JoJo looked and smelled fantastic and I adored the cute handkerchief tied around his neck. Upon picking him up she wanted to make sure I was happy with his cut, which makes me assume if I wasn’t she would have done something to fix it. But I was so pleased and so glad that not only did I find an amazing groomer but something so close to home, so reasonably priced, and someone who did a fantastic job on my dog! I will be bringing my other dog here as well and will forever be a return customer.

We have been taking our dogs to Ema and her staff for years. They always come back smelling so fresh and clean and my poodle mix comes back so nicely trimmed. This place is a must for grooming your pooch, whatever the breed is.

My Yorkie who’s hair was a hot mess and can be a bit of a big baby they work wonders with besides a beautiful cut and shampoo, my dog is happy to go there.

I take my senior dog here regularly for nail trims. Very responsive on text and I've always been able to get him in same-day. Great customer service to both two-legged and four-legged clients. :)

Everyone that works here are super friendly and they do such a great job at grooming my 3 dogs I highly recommend this place!!! I come every 4-6 weeks as recommended and they are always looking amazing and do a great job

The groomer my friend recommended was great, until they showed me cuts on her butt. I was horrified that I had not noticed bites/cuts/wounds on her. I was heartsick. But she was so terrorstricken when I left her with the groomer. So I read yelp reviews and saw pictures and realized the groomers cut her and didn't own up to it. I had to clean it several times a day because it got infected. So brokenhearted.

Been going here for years with my two dogs. This past time was beyond horrific and I hope any owner never has to put what my dog was put through. I came to pick up my dog on time around 2:00pm, a groomer comes out and requests 5-10 more minutes to finish up and of course I agree no problem. In that five minutes I've never heard my dog bark and squeal so loud and high pitched like, a couple minutes went by and they opened the door and my dog came running out to me. On the drive home I noticed he was panting heavily like he just ran a marathon, I thought this was normal, he was excited or something. It wasnt until I got home I found huge scratches that drew blood all over his stomach, fresh marks. Whatever happened to this place has ruined the business, new employees or managers whatever it may be.
