She's helped me navigate caring for our dog when she had an upset tummy and is flexible about adding walks/visits. She texts us each visit so we know what's going on. Jules is awesome. We have a "special" dog who was abused before we got him and he is usually not nice to anyone the first time he meets them. But he loved Jules right away, and it has been great to have her come to our house when we go on trips and play with our dog, walk him, feed him, etc. I would definitely recommend Jules!
